    They were hired to fix an issue in my house. It was mis-diagnosed. They sold me on a repair that wasn't needed causing damage to my house. They did not pull a permit for the project according to the county. A full refund was offered, but they would not remove or repair my residence.

    Do not use, they are consistently overbook their crews and cancel day of service. This has happened twice this year on two different appointment* ********* resident my whole life will never call Blind again. Run some algorithms on your service calls and figure out your average time and schedule your crews accordingly dont over schedule just to get jobs and then cancel on people.
