    This company is full of lies! 2 times I have taken a day off of work 1st time was to get the inspection of if they did it right...... well they never showed up..... i waited and waited I finally called and they tell me oh he's way behind he'll be there....welll never did he show..... I got the excuses of oh well we didn't know he wouldn't show up.... Then today it was suppose to be a inspection and tune up.....well guess what they called this time and said he wouldn't be able to make it he's running behind again .....that's 2 days of work I missed and nothing to show for..... I get into it with the lady that calls to tell me their not showing up and told her this is twice they stiffed me and their breaking their warranty contract and she hangs up on me..... This is the worst company to do business with I've never encountered such bad service and customer service on the phone.... This company needs to step up to the plate and either compensate me for 2 days of pay or do something to make it right. But as of now I say That's bad business!!!!!

    We do apologize for the inconvenience. The first instance is with an inspector and we dont have control over their schedules. With the technician you were scheduled between 9-1 and we did call to let you know we would need to reschedule, once you told ** you took the day off work we offered to still try to get there but it would be outside the timeframe given. We tried to accommodate and offered Saturdays however those wouldn't work for the customer because Saturdays were her day off to get errands done. To take care of the customer we did dispatch a technician to the home that arrived at 12:21, still in the original timeframe. We apologize again for any unconvinced and appreciate your business.

    Well I must say we have had lots of work done to our home and had many experiences with employees of companies. When it comes to Blind &Sons its hard to compare. We have made multiple appointments for an array of jobs from bathroom faucet repair to an entire ac/furnace replacement by Blind & Sons. We are very pleased with the quick appointments, calls before appointment, quality of work and qualified technicians that come to our home. We have had ***** many times over the years including our most recent bathroom repair job. He is always on time, very easy to consult with, he is honest, does the best work we have ever seen and always finishes by leaving a clean work area. I know when I call on him my worries are over and life will resume to normal. Thank you *****!

    *** Buyers beware****New furnace 3 years old Purchased and installed by Blind & Sons Furnace is not working so we called today and were told.We let the yearly MVP maitnance plan expire SoIf we renew over the phone today for $200 they might get someone out to look at it. If not then they can get someone out Monday. Be careful who you make major purchases through and their ethics along with customer loyalty. Seems this company does not have them

    The furnace was installed in 2020.Customer called in on Saturday with no heat and we did let them know that we were not able to get to them on Saturday but could place them on the schedule for Monday. The call taker did let the customer know that we had mvp customers that pay for priority service that we were taking care of. The representative did look at the customers account and mentioned to the customer that they use to have the plan and if they wanted to sign back up on it we could try for Saturday but would not be able to guarantee it due to the calls already scheduled. The customer did decline. We do recommend maintenance be performed on equipment yearly to make sure it is working properly and to try to prevent breakdowns. Our records indicate we have not performed any preventative maintenance on the system. So this morning we did reach out to the customer today to apologize for not being able to service them on the same day that they called and did offer them an mvp plan at no charge, which includes two visits for preventative maintenance. The customer declined.

    We would give a half of star if we can but 1 will do. we contracted **************************** in March/May to do Furnace and air and electrical box update and possible well water pump and heater replacement. when the start date came and went, they pushed back the start date many times the project waited and waited to start. I had to threaten them to cancel the whole project and sure enough the next day they were out starting the project. but unknown to us they switched the Air Handler and thermostat. if it wasn't for the honest install tech we would never known they baited and switched us. he quickly called the his companie to see why the Air Handler wasent the right one? well since they get the right one for our house they went with a lesser air handler that barely heats or cools the backside of our house. they decided to go with the lesser one just to fill our contract with us. well, the tech told us and i called the office and the guy said as soon as we get it in, they will instal the right one. well that NEVER happened. i called about once a week to find out what's going on, but still got the run around. them i noticed the thermostat was not the one they charged us for. they installed a cheap 99$ one they one we contracted for was a *******$ when i finally talked to the guy who sold us the contract for work, he said your part won't be in till end of sept. to October and the spring is when we first contracted them. and then they try to settle up the ******* we still owed them and i said NO not untill we get our part we contracted for. like said it never came **** told them do NOT bother us anymore. the ******* we still owe you is null and void. the one air handeler we should have gotten was **** it self and the thermo was ******* so in truth they owe us $*******+. start far away from them. this company are scams not to mention the water work was never done when the eastmated 1******* and i find out the jet pump was only ****** and they tryed to charge me $1400.never again!!!

    We do apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding. We have had communication with you and explained in detail how we put in the temporary unit until the unit you purchased comes in. That unit is still on back order. We did have to put in the specific thermostat because the one for the new unit will not work with the temporary unit. We continue to watch for the unit to come in and will keep you posted. Our salesman and sales manager have communicated this with the Mrs on different occasions, so we apologize if things were not explained correctly. We will continue to track the status of the new unit and keep you posted. Thank you
