DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I promise you. These people don’t not know what there doing. I came one day to get an oil change and they gave me back my car leaking oil, And in the interim, they stripped my oil pan, and I have to pay $7000 to get a new one and get it installed. And it’s been weeks since I heard from the claims department. Don’t bring your car here. Goodyear location, 11451 Southern Blvd Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 United StatesReview from Eva R

Do NOT go to these swindlers!! I went to the location on 32nd St in Kenner for a tire patch for a small screw in the middle of my tire tread. (The tire is only a year old and the tread is good.) They claimed that my tread was so thin that they couldn’t patch it and said that the tire needed to be replaced ALONG with the “equally worn out” tire opposite it!! They quoted me $1000 for extra protection fees and warranties along side the 2 new tires I didn’t ask for- and when I saw the fee for their proposed plan- $1,129.91!!!! Then I actually READ their proposed charges! Several charges (each were 2x - I assume for “2 tires”) were REPEATED (ie. for 4 tires!) within the bill and yet the repeated charge fees didn’t match the OTHER charges fees?! How can the SAME service be charged for $72 and again for $65?! When I told them I am a teacher and did not have $1k to spend on tires, they asked me “WHAT WAS MY BUDGET?”!!!! Why wouldn’t they just give me a flat rate? All I wanted was a PATCH! I left the Goodyear office feeling angry, frustrated, and scared for my finances. Then as I got into my car I realized they forgot to put my tire’s lock lug back in my car and they had to race out to stop me from tearing my car apart trying to find my lock lug because the mechanic had forgotten it in his pocket. Afterwards, I went to ******* **** and got my tire patched for $33 and nobody claimed that my car needed any other services. The Goodyear location on 32nd Street, Kenner, LA tried to SCAM me!Review from Andrew P

This review is in regard to the location in Savannah, GA (Berwick Location) When it comes to having your car serviced... STAY AWAY from Goodyear Auto Service Centers. I have had bad experiences with Pooler and Berwyck locations, but the latest experience tops them all. Had a brake issue with one of our vehicles so I brought it to the Berwyck location. After inspection...they told me I needed a complete rear brake overhaul: 2 calipers, 2 rotors, new brake lines and a brake flush. The manager says..."The good news Mr. ***** is that this will only cost you $1250" to which I replied, "No, the good news is that it's all under warranty!" Nothing but silence for many seconds...! Then after fighting with him for several minutes that they had done the same job not too long ago (about a year) and everything he mentioned was under warranty, he "finally" finds it in his computer. "Okay...you're covered" he says... Even though I supposedly needed a rear brake overhaul, when I go to pick up my car, the ONLY part that was replaced was a single brake caliper...AND they tried to stick me with a $157 charge for an "Engine Diagnostic Test"...for a brake job! When I went back to confront the manager and basically asked him if he saw no ethical issue with recommending a brake overhaul @ >$1200, but then finding out, it was all under warranty...and then proceeding to only replace a single caliper, (< $200) he incredulously answered "NO." Suffice to say I informed him that I'll NEVER go back to ANY Goodyear shop for auto service ever again.Review from Grace E

This occurred at the Good Year in Slidell in Fremaux town center. The plump white man who works at the front desk started screaming at me and slamming things down when I told him I was upset that I took my car in for a flat the shop inflated but didn't patch my tire (it went flat again within a few days). The guy was cursing at me about "my generation". I called my boyfriend panicking and the guy tried to take my phone out of my hand. (I am a petite woman.) He then followed me to my car and was tapping on my window. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are a woman. There was a nice black man who worked at the front desk I had interacted with before, but I'm never going here again, and this experience was honestly terrifying and mildly traumatic.Review from Terrance T

On 01/10/24, I went to Goodyear 2164. The technician confirmed to the rep that a power steering line was leaking excessively & the steering pump was only "weeping" & didnt require repair at that time. They figure up a price of $263 & I agree to the service of having the line fixed. On 1/14 & 1/15/24, I returned to the facility because ever since I left the facility on 1/10, there had been an odor coming into the cabin of my vehicle & a huge fluid leak. The rep tells me I need another line. Part & labor is around $600. He told me, he would drop the price of the service labor & only charge me for the part which totals out to $331. I'm in total disbelief at this point. Due to the circumstances, I agreed to let the facility fix the line. I make it home & notice more fluid coming from underneath. I called Goodyear Customer Service. He goes on to tell me, "From his experience, sometimes when one part goes bad it puts pressure on another part that may be weak." I look at the phone like I can't believe he just said that. I asked can I just go to another Goodyear facility nearby. He said yes. I followed up with the new facility, he said for me to bring my car in a day later which is/was the 17th because it would be better for them at that facility. (total disregard for my convenience and my issues). Very dissatisfied, on 1/16, I decided to just get my car checked at the dealership. Once there they pulled my car on the rack & showed me the fluid leak cause & wher it mostly was coming from. Long story short, they cleaned the undercarriage of my vehicle & placed my fluid level back to manufacturer specification. $250 more dollars. At this point, I feel very cheated. I've missed two days of work & out of roughly $850. Never once was I shown a bad part. Therefore I can't tell what was done to my vehicle. Goodyear is a reputable company, that suppose to provide quality service, with honor, and integrity. Where is the quality and integrity in all of what I've been through?Review from Anibal P

On January 13, 2024 I was enticed to purchase 4 Goodyear Assurance AllSeason tires because I was told by the salesman that Goodyear was running a $200 rebate. Upon making the purchase I requested to get the “coupon” to claim the rebate. However, I was told that I need to go to Goodyear’s webpage *********************** and file my rebate. Because I was not provided with a promotion code to enter, I called customer service, who walked me through the process. Upon finalizing the process, I got a banner informing me that I had qualified for a $50 dollars rebate. Since then, I have been going back and forth with 2 representatives, ****** and ******, and one supervisor, ******** trying to get a reasonable answer as to why I did NOT get the $200 rebate. ********’s answer was “Regrettably, the request for an exception has been denied for the following reason: Terms and conditions listed on program flyer should have been provided by retailer. Funny enough, I had explained in all my previous calls that I was NEVER presented with any flyer outlining the terms and conditions, nor Goodyear’s rebate website have any terms and conditions explaining the reason why I did NOT qualify for the $200 rebate. After this insulting answer “blaming me” for not having been presented with the flyer, I decided to contact ******* ******* * ******, Retail Promotions Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Needless to say, I am still waiting to hear back from her. Finally, as per previous reviews below, I am NOT the only one that has been deceived by this $200 rebate program. Looks to be Goodyear’s MO to entice customers to buy their tires under completely false premises. Do not believe them!!Review from Barbara G

they do not honor their warrantees. I had my brakes done and they pull to the left when stopping. I had another mechanic tell me the left brake is dragging and goodyear refuses to fix it saying it isn't the brake. ***********************, one of their employees is rude and condescending to the customers and needs to go.I now have to have another mechanic do the brakes again that are BRAND NEW!Review from Oscar C

I bought 4 brand goodyear assurance tire for my Honda Accord 2017. I noticed after months that I was having problems with the tires, they were cracked on the side of all tires I brought the car for check and alignment. They changed one tire instead of checking all and replacing them. I left the store believing in them and putting the trust that they will take care because I'm a loyal goodyear customer and paid more than $2,500 in 4 tires plus warranty thinking that at any time I will need the warranty. So now that the day came to check the tires which are only less than a year old. Also note that I brought them before and they weren't check properly. Now I come with a nail on one tire and their job is to replace nail and honor their warranty but they didn't. Because of people, companies like goodyear are losing a lots of good customers. I'm no longer will or any friends or family member of my will be purchasing goodyear products now or in the future. Ps don't sale warranty if is not going to be honor.
