    I'm not sure how they got 4.9 stars reviews but this the worst dealer ever to deal with 11/24/2022 Donated to ASPCA to get ****** vip pricing for 2023 ****** Outback premium Total MSRP $31,920 Invoice price/Vip pricing $30,063 11/27/2022 called a couple of dealers in **** if they are accepting VIP pricing , the Serra ****** they said will gladly accepted. ****, also said that they don't mark up "money factor" on the lease " basically wrote on the lease proposal" for those who don't know dealership marking up Money Factor by ******/ even if you are at 700 credit score and above payment will change by 30-45$ on 36 months it's like 1000$-1500$ backend money profit for the dealer placed the order on 11/28/2022 with them gave them my 500$ deposit on credit card 11/30/2022 she send me buyers order with lease proposal and there were door edge protectors for like 250$ along with electronic filling fees of 100$ that I never heard about it, I asked her if she can removed door edge protectors " they were like 15$ on amazon" She said she will speak with her manager if he still wants to proceeds the deal or refund me my money. She texted back to me that her manager said he is willing to take 125$ off door edge protectors " at that point it it was first RED FLAG'1/16/2023 Car has arrived to the dealership. ****,texted me I asked her to send me lease proposal. also RV and MF are changing every months and they are set by ****** Financial November MF was higher than ******* one , Also RV residual value has dropped a lot .she sent me lease proposal for ******* with numbers that were way off and she said I need to do credit app as soon as possible " Second Red Flag " I told her no ' I have had previous leases with ******* Financial on way higher MSRP,I asked again her to send me lease worksheet because I could not understand why it doesn't match with the lease calculator usually it's matches coin to coin , she went silent on me , I called her like 5 times from 3 different phones , called the manager and finance manager to explain the situation they all went silent on me, so as of 1/07/2023 36 months lease money factor is ******* or ****% APR , lease residual is at 62% for 10 k per year , the dealership have tried to mark up me for ****** or like 40$-45$x36 extra 1620$ backend profit '" third red flag " finally 01/18/2023 General sales manager called me and said that he is allowed to do that even if he promise me to charge buyrate money factor at the beginning " I asked him if Holdback 400$, Doc fee 350$ ,Flat fee of 200$ from ****** Financial ,Door edge protectors 125$ , Manufacture to dealer incentive , FP , AA etc is not enough for you? he said not enough !!! I told him a refuse to pay him extra , he said that he will refund me my deposit back.what a greed WOW !basically, SERRA ****** won't keep their promises, their words on paper means nothing.1/25/2023 Still hasn't received my deposit back .AWFUL experience waisted 2 months and give them free allocation to the dealer.

    I took my 2013 GMC Terrain in due to the driver's side windshield wiper not working. I was told it needed a "wiper transmission" and the part would be approximately $160.00 plus labor - which would also be approximately $160.00. Was then notified I would need a new wiper arm which they had to order and my vehicle would be ready the following day. When I went to pick up my vehicle, my total was $733.43. When questioned why this was so expensive, I was told because I needed 2 wiper arms so, in essence, I paid $733.43 to fix my windshield wiper which I believe is price gauging and will not return to this dealership. I will be shopping for a new vehicle this Spring but certainly will not be shopping here.
