            On 22 October I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado from sales person **** *** for the purchase price of 46,000 after putting a deposit down of 2500 and being told that I could not pay cash for the truck I had to finance it I agreed because as soon as I got the address I was going to send the full payment I didn’t think it could cost that much for a few days of credit boy was I wrong nine days later I received the address of where to send the check and for the amount of $45,700 New car manager **** will not return my phone calls as I cannot figure out how I could owe that amount of money after that down payment nine days after the purchase therefore they leave me no other recourse than to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau there are I cannot believe that I was not allowed to pay cash for a vehicle it seems like a total scam that you would have to finance and pay interest of that magnitude when I tried to use savings to pay for the vehicle can you please contact me for the full story is I would just like to get it there has to be something going on here that I would have to pay that much money after the $2500 deposit Can you please contact me at your earliest convenience at ************ thank you very much

            I first took my car to Serra Chevrolet for struts in November. I left with a new issue- brake pad issues. My car wasn't making the rubbing brake noise before I took it in. I was back & forth 3 times. Issue still not resolved. Every time I went there I had to pay out more money. 4 visits in 3 months for same issue. Now they're saying it's my front brake pads . They put off market parts on my car without my consent. I use GM parts. I paid for that then had to pay again for their mistake. It's a f'n rip off ?? I WILL NEVER GO TO SERRA CHEVROLET AGAIN unless I pull up a chair and watch them work on my car. On top of that , I never received the last 3 videos of any work that was done.
