            According to information in BBB files, it appears that this business is no longer in business.
            Additional Info:
            BBB received a large number of complaints generated by Internet retailer Blue Commerce Corp. d/b/a/ Blue Outlet Mall in the first few months of its operation. The volume of complaints increased dramatically during the holiday shopping season in late 2012, and BBB asked the business about the various problems, ranging from non-receipt of purchased items, misleading and false shipments and delivery information, and a general lack of response from the company's customer service channels regarding the status of purchased merchandise. BBB attempted to contact this business multiple times by certified letter, telephone, and e-mail but the business never responded. BBB coordinated with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, and submitted information to the Attorney General. The Attorney General believes that the business is in fact not a local one, but operates from Bulgaria. In January 2013, the business's website was taken down, and e-mails to the business bounced back as delivery failures.
