This business seems to be a scam company. They told me that they would have a technician at my house between 9am-2pm and that the tech would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. I called them at 9:45 asking them if they have a better gauge on the window and they repeated the same thing to me (9-2 call 30 min prior). I called back around 11 to see if they can give me an update and the woman on the phone yelled at me for calling back. She was than very argumentative and rude about the fact that i was trying to get a timeline on when someone will be showing up. I waited until 1:45 to let them know that i still have yet to receive a call and with the 30 min window they ensured, there was no way we were in the original 9-2 window she gave me. She agreed to reach out to the technician and than called me back saying "he is wrapping up now and heading to you" Its been well over an hour and a half since that conversation and I still haven't received a call. When i called they intentionally did not answer my 3 back to back calls. On the 4th someone else answered and she was the rudest of them all. She was demeaning, disrespectful, and calling me ignorant for trying to get this resolved. I asked if she could get a manger but she denied me access to one. She then told me she could not call the technician to see whats going on and i would just have to wait. At this point its only getting worse. I have lost a full days pay of work because of this nonsense, and there is still a possibility that they wont show up today. These types of practices should not be allowed to be in business in general and some sort of repercussions need to be had. I read up on their company after this, and noticed i am not alone in this situation. If they same thing keeps happening the common denominator must change or be removed from being able to practice this business.
