              I ordered a mahindra 15 series service manual a month ago and have yet to receive it, the confirmation email I received said it would ship in 2 days and the website says 10 days I have waited 28 days and received nothing. I have emailed the company a few times now with no response, I have also called the phone number provided and got a voicemail which I left a message at and no response.

              Zero stars if I had that option. Ordered much needed tractor fan blades online. Never got tracking # info after 10 days waiting tried calling them never got an answer or got a message that mailbox is full. Their toll free # leads to a marketing scam. Their direct phone number was never answered when I tried calling. Their website advertises great customer service but they fail to follow that business model. My credit card was not charged but if there are supply chain issues affecting a part being in stock it would be great to get a call or email advising such since their website doesn't offer that info when you place an order. Overall a bad experience for me. Desperately need a fan blade so I can mow........can't be waiting till July for some kind of an answer from this poorly run business.
