      Placed an order 09/2023 for a laptop company received several payments from my allotment.I called, text, and email regarding my order. ****** explained they were running behind. I waited 2 months and nothing. I cancelled my order and requested my refund. I have called, email, and text regarding my refund and they are still giving me the runaround. Something needs to be done Asap!! Please send my refund asap I need to purchase a laptop.

      I purchased a vacation through Vactionwiser with no problem, but when it came down to stopping my payroll deduction I had difficulty. I have overpaid Luther Sales/Vactionwiser $1484.00 and they tell me they do not know when I will receive my refund. Mind you I have paid my balance in full. I overpaid them $1484.00. Please help me I am desperate for a resolution.

      I made an order over 10 weeks ago, I was told it would take 3-5 weeks, I have still not been sent my product, Last week I requested a refund and I have still not been sent my money and no one will respond to me as to when I will get my money back. I want my money back immediately.

      I placed an order with this company in September and have been in contact with ******* ever since. After placing my order I was told the order would ship after my first payment. The first payment was made and no order. I waited for another payment cycle because I understand things may take time. Still no order. I reached out and was told there was a delay in processing orders. I waited for another payment cycle still no order. I then reached out to cancel my order. This was the beginning of October. I was told the order has been canceled and ill be refunded by check in the mail. Weeks passed and no refund. I reached out and then was told there was a change in management and refunds now have to be issued via ach. I gave account information and now its 12/01 and I have still not gotten a refund. This is a scam. I tried to be patient but they have not given my money back.

      Been a customer since 02/2020. I had my payments as direct deposit through my former employer. I left that job 08/2023 and have been trying to get into contact with Luther Sales since then to set up my new payments/direct deposits. I tried going to *************** but always get redirected to Luthersales.app. When I was able to login to *************** and selected the option to make a payment, it also redirected me to Luthersales.app to apply for a new application. Ive emailed, called, left messages. No response, but they were so quick to report a late payment to the credit bureaus! Someone PLEASE contact me and resolve this.

      I signed up for a camera purchase in July, my first payment to Luther was taken from my paycheck on July 20th. I was aware the electronics take 7 days to process however the dates kept getting delayed. I was then told I would be first on the list at the end of August, then mid September, then end of October. All the while my payments were being sent to them every two weeks automatically. Finally on October 16th I informed ************** would be cancelling my order and he advised he would have my repayment processed via ACH escalated and then that never happened. I am still waiting for the refund and at this point no one is replying back to me or any of my requests via email, text or call. I am close to filing a lawsuit for the money and the additional lost revenue from photo sessions I wasn't able to do.

      I have been paying weekly on a MacBook computer since September 18th and have not received the MacBook as of yet. I have made several attempts to solve this with my sales agent from the company with no positive result. I have bought other items through them with no issues until now. I would like my order sent and a credit for what I've paid so far.

      Talked to **** in Accts Mgmt and ***************************** back in July 23 about my refund, it's been back and forth every month and still no refund. **** said back in early Oct 23. a check was being printed or something like that and still as of 11/16/23 nothing left txts to him and voice messages #1 line, #2 etc. No return calls. I would like the interest they charge for using my funds. They said because of new owners, that has been 2 yrs sofar them taken over.

      I have done business with Luthersales and originally had no issues with them , apparently theyve had some financial issues and everything is delayed .. I have a refund due to me from overpayment of my contract for $378 which I have been waiting for since September.. was told about 2 weeks for refunds then 4 weeks .. customer service is EXTREMELY frustrating trying to contact and was able to finally reach someone that said to give my banking information for a direct refund deposit and I would have it by November 9th the latest and still have not received the refund.. I then sent another email and received a response of them having a new lender and can only issue refunds as funds are received.. where is my overpayment? Why does this company not have my money? Where did it go? I shouldnt have to wait for an overpayment to be refunded..and I dont want to hear that there are people waiting longer than me for their refund. I dont care about others. I want my money , that simple
