              I was initially concerned about Alvaro's BBB rating and a listed complaint but I decided to use their plumbing services based on recommendations from others that have used them --- AND I'M COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. The workmanship, customer courtesies, responsiveness, neatness, and professionalism of the Alvaro staff in providing a substantial number of repairs in my home far exceeded my expectations, and I intend to use them for all future plumbing work including major bathroom renovations. I have no affiliations whatsoever with Alvaro but I wanted to let others know about the quality of their work and about the unfairness of their BBB rating.
