I am writing to complain about an incident that occurred in my aunts home today on August 28,2023. I want to start off by stating that my aunt is disabled , bed bound can not walk. She had an aid that was taken off her case ******************* who works for premiere agency and she took it into her own hands to be bitter and because she was taken off my aunts live in case to come and try and start a fight with the new aid that was there. ******** was saying horrible things where it made my aunt nervous and do to her condition of her being sick and having multiple sclerosis it is by no mean that she goes through any scares in her home where she is suppose to feel safe. ******************* was rude nasty slamming things in my aunts house arguing with my aunts twin sister that was visiting and picking a fight with the new aid that was there doing her job. I ask that ******** be reprimanded taken away from her case because she is a danger to the elderly and takes advantage of the disabled people. This is so sad if you ever bump into this name this person dont allow her to work with your family member she is horrible. She is a short Spanish lady with very short purple hair and only speaks Spanish stay away from her because it will be a nightmare for you and family especially your loved one.
