            On 4/17/2022 I applied for the one-time $1 fee for a single vehicle vin look-up. Upon balancing my check book, I came to find that in addition to the $1, I was also charged $24.95 on 4/17/2022 and again on 5/8/2022.On 5/27/2022 I sent an email to ****************************** as I was unable to log-in to see what was happening. But, not only was I unable to log-in, their website provided no means to do a password recovery.I was emailed back by *************************, who stated that subscription (?) was canceled and I would be receiving my refund within 5-business days. When I did not see it come thru, I reached back out on 6/25/2022 and have not heard anything back, nor have I received my owed $49.90.Attached you will see the email thread, the screen shot showing that $1 is an option, as well as the screen shots of the charges to my account.Thank you,****

            We requested a car history report from this company, and the agreement was for the first month, we would be charged $1, then $24.95 each future month while using the service. They did charge our credit card $1 the first month, but then also charged our credit card $24.95 that same month, and then the next month. We called to tell them and told them that they mistakenly overcharged ** for the first month, and they told ** that they would refund the $24.95. We never received that refund. We only used the service the first month, we received one report. I've called them countless times and the receptionist transfers me to voicemail every time, I leave a message, and never get a returned phone call. I've emailed about ten times. We are ignored. We have not received our money back.
