            I made an order for a specific item (Order #*****) from US Open ******** and they sent me an incorrect item. It took them days to send me a way to return the incorrect item. They charged me $103.39 and sent the wrong item. After a few phone calls in which I was treated poorly and hung up on, I reached out via email for a return code back on September 9th. It wasn't until 9/17 that I received a return code and sent the package right back. I have proof that they received the return Item on 9/22, but they have yet to process my return. They said it takes up to 10 business days, but we are already at 17 business days. There is no reason for them to not process my return when they sent the wrong item to me, took over a week to give me a return label, and have now had the incorrect item back for almost three weeks and will not give me my money back. Please help.

            USTA website has always been extremely painful to use. I just got notice that they tried to automatically renew my membership with a sneaky fine print note on the web page when I paid the membership fee last year. This is a sneaky and unethical practice. I was very much unaware I was signed ** in an auto renew format. Members need to be made aware and not tricked into paying automatically every year.
