Did not follow the plans, and had many workmanship issues: -omitted a full patio -lally column pads were poured wrong -footing poured wrong -omitted beam pocket -omitted beam header -anchor bolts backwards -delayed pouring slab -overlooked overdig for footings He had to be called back for all these issues." ...
