              I was supposed to see a doctor because they are still virtual the app didnt work I am almost out of medication and they are insisting I need to pay 100 dollar fee for missing the appointment but the app didnt work. I am scrambling to find a new doctor however I take a daily medication and they would even give me a script until I found a new provider.

              There are no words for me to express how invaluable Heart and Soul has been for me. Ive been coming here for therapy and medication management on and off since ****, and through it all **** has been there for me. Regardless of how much time has gone by in between my treatment, she has always remembered me and treated me with respect and a genuine care for my well being. I have been consistently coming for therapy and medication management for the past 4 years, and the adjustments they have made to accommodate their clients through the pandemic have made it so easy to continue my treatment. The front desk girls and ***** the administrator always get back to me if I have to change my appointments. They are always kind and the communication is great. I personally love that Im able to text them if I have a situation come up. If youre looking to make your mental health a priority as I have, this is the place to be.
