      I made an order on 2/26/2023 for a vibrating pillow. The cost was $46.90. The order number was #*****. After two months and no indication of an estimated delivery date, I called them and the customer service person said those pillows were out of stock and offered to send a similar item. I agreed that was acceptable; however, on July 17, with no indication of an estimated delivery date again, I reached out via email so I would have a record. They sent an automated response saying they were looking into the issue. Tried several times afterword to call their number but it kept saying the mailbox was full. On August 22, 2023, I sent another email requesting a refund. Today, I received an email telling me "We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to cancel an order already in the shipping process." No shipping information was provided. I did respond back requesting the shipping information; however, I should not have to go through this aggravation for a $50 pillow.

      Very sorry for the trouble with this order. Upon checking, it does look like it has shipped as expected, so please allow a few days for delivery. If you would prefer a refund rather than keep the item, that's no problem, we would be happy to accept the return.       I placed an order through Simply Good Stuff on 7-09-2023 for 3 rubber brooms and 2 travel lint/fur brushes. A total of $61.62 was charged to my credit card on 7-09-2023. As of 8/23/2023 I have not received any part of my order.

      On July 21, 2023 I received an email saying items were out-of-stock and taking longer than expected to get in. I called the phone number for the customer service of Simply Good Stuff twice and spoke to a man who, on the second call, assured me that my order would arrive by the end of last week. Nothing was received.

      I tried to called the customer service line again today, 8-22-2023, and an answer machine said the mailbox was full.

      It was then I checked BBB's website to discover this has been a continuing problem with this seller.

      I am filing a complaint with BBB and my credit card for reimbursement of funds that were removed without items received.

      Very sorry to hear that inaccurate information and fake reviews on this website caused you to believe that your order would not arrive, even after talking with us directly. It's no surprise to see that your order did ship out as expected, but we do regret that it took longer than normal in this case. Although you did not ask for it when speaking to our customer service representative, we did upgrade your delivery method in order to speed up the shipment. Please check your email as you should have a shipment notification with a link to track your package. It may still take 1-2 days for the package to arrive to you, but please let us know if you have any trouble receiving it. If you would prefer a refund rather than keep the items, you are welcome to send the order back as a return, once it arrives to you. For any other questions or concerns about this order, please give us a call, or send us an email directly.

      9/7/2022 I purchased **** ***** *ar opener from Simplygoodstuff.com. They charged $24.50 to my Visa account that day. The amount was posted on 9/9/2022.
      Simplygoodstuff.com emailed to say the item was out of stock but they would ship and send tracking information soon. I heard nothing furtther.
      2/14/2023, I wrote asking when I would receive the product. We exchanged emails several times. Each time I was promised it would be forthcoming.
      6/16/2023, I requested cancellation of the order and a refund.
      6/25/2023 I was told the order had been cancelled but they had not charged me so there would be no refund.
      6/25/2023 I sent a screenshot from my Visa bill documenting their charge of $24.50 on 9/7/2022.
      I would appreciate whatever help you can provide in securing my refund.

      Ordered an attachment for weedeater on 5/20/2023. When I inquired about a delay, was told it would ship on 6/5 or 6/6 or that I could cancel if I wanted to. On 6/21 asked them to cancel order. On 6/22 they said they couldn't because it was "in the process of shipping." They said they would provide a tracking number ASAP. I asked them for an approximate shipping date. They continued to say it was "in the process of shipping." I inquired several times since and got the same response. Finally, on 7/20, I asked my credit card issuer to cancel the transaction. They credited my account while they inquire of the company.

      I ordered 2 mops with 2 replacement pads (4 items total) from SimplyGoodStuff's website and paid with my credit card. The items never arrived and it has been ~5 months since the order was placed on 1/29/2023.
      I waited a few weeks before making an attempt to call and find out where my order was but they do not answer their customer service line. i have called upwards of 20 times and they only answered once in April. They advise my items were backordered but would be in within 2 weeks. Although I was extremely dis-satisfied, I really wanted the items and figured I would wait 2 more weeks since I had already waited so long already. Additionally, these particular mops are not available elsewhere. I have not been able to make phone contact since.
      After being unable to contact them by phone, I emailed them asking for a refund. They responded weeks later and advised there was a problem with my shippig address. That response was on 5/30 which i just found today. I replied asking for a refund again.
      The email from 5/30 provides order tracking #*****.

      April 4th ordered the item for 2 commercial rubber brooms for $40.00
      Contacted them twice. On May 22 they sent email that I would get an email detailing shipping information.and my order was being processed. At this point I am not allowed by the company to cancel the order. I was charged April 4 for 40.00. So they have my money but I can neither get the product nor my money back.

      Placed an order on 3/29/23. Received an email on 4/7 stating it was out of stock and coming back soon. Contacted the company on 4/26 and was told it would ship that week. Its 5/10/23 and I have not received shipping confirmation. I am requesting that the purchase be refunded back to my credit card.

      i placed order on April 17th a orthropedic seat cushion they acknowleded recieving my order.thats all they took 31.90 from my account but no other response. i emailed them still no response

      Why file a false complaint when you are admittedly in daily contact with us, and when you know exactly what is happening with your order? We do regret that foot stomping was not able to speed up the shipping process in this case, but as you are fully aware, your order has shipped, and it has arrived to you at this point. Although we do normally offer same day shipping, and most orders do ship within 48 hours of being placed, we do not guarantee this in any way. We apologize for taking a little bit longer than normal to get your order shipped, but if you check your initial emailed receipt, the length of time is well within what we actually promise. It can be tough to get such high-quality stuff at such low prices, so we do hope that you will choose to shop with us again in the future.       I ordered an item on December 14, 2022 and still have not received the item. They responded to an email saying it was on back order, but since I didn't receive it (as of February 14, 2023), I emailed back to say I just wanted them to credit my credit card back. They responded by saying it was too late to credit my card because the item was in the process of shipping. I asked for the tracking number on February 15th, but they have not responded so I emailed back saying I was going to contact the BBB. The amount was $42.95 total.
