      08/23/2023 transaction
      $42.95 hose extender pictured by Simply-Good-Stuff on Internet attachment listing was exactly what I wanted, so clicked on picture and thought I would receive item. HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEM OR REFUND AS OF 01/24/24. I do have copies of emails (MINE & SGS) since 10/23/23 thru 01/17/24. On 01/17 I demanded $42.95 refund by 01/24 or I seek other remedies.

      This business didn't receive my product I order they said it was out of stock. So I wanted a refund.

      Yes. We have record of several emails back-and-forth around the end of December, and into January. We considered the matter resolved when we emailed on the 5th to confirm, in response to a request by you, that the credit had been issued upon cancellation of your order, several days earlier. We can only cancel an order once, and we can only issue a single refund. As we indicated on the 5th, you should double-check your account, and surely you will find the credit on or around the 3rd of January. As this complaint was unfounded and unnecessary, and as you are fully aware that we respond quickly to all emails and follow through with all requests, please do let us know if you need any other help with this order, or anything else.       On July 10, 2023, I ordered a slicer online from SimplyGoodStuff.com. My debit card was charged $54.95 but on July 21 I received an email that the item was out of stock. August 19 I emailed asking for an update on the status of my order; a reply from SimplyGoodStuff.com on August 22 stated that the item was still out of stock. On September 7th, I requested a refund; the company replied the next day asking if I wanted to cancel my purchase, to which I responded that I did want to cancel. On September 12 I received confirmation that my order was cancelled, but I have heard nothing else.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
      I asked in my previous response to know the date the refund was made.  I had checked bank statements back to July and no refund had been made.  I don't think it's unreasonable for the company to provide that information, especially since I seriously doubt the veracity of their statement that a refund has been made.

      You were provided with the transaction ID, and authorization code. Irrefutable evidence that the credit has been issued, and also information you could provide to the card issuer to verify the credit, independent of our statement. It is unclear why this would be insufficient for your needs, and even more unclear why you would accuse us of lying after it was provided to you. Because we do want to be as helpful as possible, we can confirm that this credit took place on 11/16 based on a request initiated on your end. If there is anything else you need, please let us know.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The Business asserted that they had provided identifying information on the refund, which I never received.  They also asserted that the refund occurred on 11/16, information I asked for twice.  The refund came to my bank on 11/21.  I believe the BBB needs to warn people about businesses like SimplyGoodStuff, because it wasn't simple to deal with them, they weren't good to me as a customer, and I never got the stuff I ordered and paid for.

      I ordered a set of 3 reusable lint rollers back at the end of April 2023 & still have not received them I paid with my debit card online to only then be told those products were out of stock & that they should be getting some soon. I've emailed & called them numerous times & still have not gotten anything. They keep telling me they will be back in stock soon. I paid $13.00. I was really wanting what I ordered. Now I'm just tired of the run around & I want what I ordered & my money back. The order number is SGS-******. I ordered them on April 30, 2023 & it was debited from my account on May 2, 2023. I contacted them by email at orderhelp@***************.com eight times & spoke to a man on the phone at ###-###-#### two times.

      Order an item from Simply Good Stuff on 12-18-2022. I have since cancelled the order and asked for the money to be refunded. I have attached a copy of the order. It was for $21.95. I have emailed them several times. I have asked for them to refund my money back in my account. I still haven't received the money back in my account.

      Order #********** placed on 7/10/2023. On 8/1/2023 I contacted company and was told item temporarily out of stock but would ship soon. On 8/29/2023 I again asked about order and was told same, temporarily out of stock. On 9/27/2023 I was informed the same, temporarily out of stock.

      simplygoodstuff vendor took my payment, but never sent the item that I ordered for.

      Order never arrived.
      Send multiple email request to cancel after 1 month and demand refund my money. simplygoodstuff vendor just ignored my refund request.

      I ordered items from this company and found the items for way less on ****** so I called the phone number to ask them to cancel my order. No one answered the phone . I tried 8 times to call. No one answered. I emailed and no response. 1 item of the 4 I ordered finally arrived. I paid with my ****** account. The other 3 items never arrived. I’ve continued to try to contact the company with no response. I made a resolution request with ****** but because simply good stuff told them my items were delivered, ****** closed my request I favor of the company. I still have never received the other three items.

      on 9/4/2023 I ordered an item from Simply Good Stuff web site (*****************************************************)
      The site indicated shipping would occur within 24-48 hours. After 10 days I emailed customer service for a status update. On 9/20/23 I received a reply that my item was in the process of being shipped and I would be updated with the tracking number. Today is 9/30/23. Nothing.

      I found other reviews on-line indicating that this is standard behavior from this business. (*****************************************************)

      This business should be investigated for shoddy and deceitful business practices and be required to shut down.

      1. I received a notification on 10/06 from the vendor stating that my order was being readied for shipment.
      2. On 10/12 I received another notification from the vendor that my order was being readied for shipment.
      3. On 10/14 the items I ordered actually arrived.

      I placed an order on 8/13. I inquired about the order on 8/23. When I ordered there was no indication the item was out of stock or on back order. I was notified that the item was expected in by 8/28 and would ship. I've heard nothing since.
