5 stars**** understood the problem from my description promptly and went above and beyond in testing and eliminating some threats. Also discussed and offered solution to problem of losing ********* virus protection because system could not accept Windows 11. Also eliminated Bing, which has been a nuisance for some time.MicroSec®
