Refund and Exchange Policy: Products may be returned if ordered in error, provided Maine Technical Source is notified prior to returning the item(s) and a "Returned Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) is issued by Maine Technical Source's Purchasing Department. Returns must be received within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA number. If items are returned for other than warranty work, there will be a 15% restocking fee and payment of associated shipping costs. Items special ordered may not be returned unless defective under warranty. No merchandise will be accepted for return without an RMA nor after 30 days. All discrepancies on commercial invoices must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. We ask that you return any product in new condition and in the original box with the RMA number clearly shown on the outside of the packaging.
