My wife and I were helped by *********************** as a broker to sell my owned vehicle and purchase a new one. He never explained to me how the deal worked nor how his profit came about. During the purchase of the new vehicle (6/2022), I was told the printer did not work and I would get the paperwork mailed or emailed to me, which never happened until end of February 2023 after contacting dealer regarding a feature that would be later installed due to the Covid shortages. Additionally, after contacting *********************** several times he basically stated that the features were something to be dealt with the ******** **** dealer. We were told the selling price of the old car was ****** but in the paperwork only reflects *****. After contacting the owner, we finally were given a little insight of the deal. Which was never agreed on .. ****************** told us they do not have any records of the sale of the old Car so it is still unknown if that in fact was the selling price. The owner stated that ****** kept the remaining as profit (never agreed). The car broke down the same day we received it due to a cable being loose inside the engine and had to be towed to the ******** benz dealer. The feature promised (power seats on all four seats) cant be installed anymore as per the dealership. The broker company owner offered 700$ for only two seats to be paid to us (never accepted) and currently the car has to go back to the dealer for another error message saying system is inoperable. We have asked for the money to be returned to us along for the price of the seats although this feature will never be able to be installed due to ************************* incompetence. My wife was the main person interacting with dealer and brokers company with my authorization since the vehicle is under my name. I am attaching the paperwork of the work when the car was purchased, contract, and I also have text messages that show all these discrepancies but its too much to upload.Thank you,*******************
