    I had 2 representatives come to my apt to offer a free tablet or phone. One representative was very nasty saying she only gets paid commission and didnt want to waste her time giving us the info we were asking for. I received my tablet but my mom was a lot more skeptical. The representive left with an attitude saying this was a waste of time when she has kids to feed. If thats the case, she should have been nicer and not so angry about giving us more info. She also claimed she was a supervisor.

    I applied for ACP services so that my internet bill with another communication company would be decreased. It has been a year of me applying for ACP, getting approved but never receiving the discount. I inquired as to what was going on. ACP says I am receiving services from Maxsip Telecom Corporation and even provided me with an erroneous number to contact them. (You can cancel your service. If you need to cancel your existing service, contact your current phone or internet company, Maxsip Telecom Corporation. No one answers this number. In fact, I called this company many months ago and told them I don't have a tablet, phone, or internet service through them as a provider. Why are they blocking my access to receive my discount? At that time, they assured me that they would take my name and personal information out of their system. It has been three months. I checked again to see why my internet bill is still at the regular rate. I emailed them ACP once again. They stated that my services is with Maxsip Telecom Corporation. I told them once again I hadn't and do not receive any services from Maxsip Telecom Corporation. They just keep emailing me the same response. This is a waste of government resources and money. This is fraudulent.

    this company is a joke, I've been trying to get the phone to work since ******* sold it to me. the customer support phone never work. But all the other phone lines for rep and sign-up for the first time work perfectly. This company is a rip off and run far away if they are standing outside any store offering a free tablet or phone.

    Their Crooks. I had one of their tablets that smashed 3 months ago. Tablet was turned off. Just bought another tablet, new *** card. Went online briefly to confirm service was working. Now they tell me I used up my 15 GB and I got to wait till the 20th for it to refresh. How is it possible to use 15 gigs within 10 minutes didn't stream nothing only looked up local restaurants. And my old tablet was shut down for the prior 3 months which shouldn't matter cuz it's a new *** card. But even if it does go by your account and not the *** card I used their services for like 10 minutes in the past 3 and 1/2 months. Either their system got hacked or they're stealing data from people which is completely shameful especially considering indigent people who need this service.

    This company compromised my Identity they allowed someone to receive internet in my name. When I called this company to have them to turn off the Internet on a device, they said no one is available. They will call me back. No one ever called me back. I called again a person after the phone spoke bery good English and then when I asked to speak to someone regarding identity theft that they said sorry, no speak English and hung up. This company is frauding.

    A Maxsip salesman told me that buying from them would not affect my APC arrangement with another companythey lied; I lost my $30 APC discount with Spectrum. I have tried to get Maxsip to de-enrolled me 3 times without success.

    The Maxsip ACP service works really well for the first 5 - 10 GB each month, but then they start deprioritizing people. This means, you can't use the final 5 - 10 GB of data without a speed similar to or worse than dialup from the ****s. The government is paying them $30 a month so I can have 15GB, but it is so slow, I can't even load a website without pictures at some points. It was too slow to even do a speed test online!I did call in 07/31/2023 and asked what was going on exactly. The lady on the phone said that customers' Internet seems to slow down when you have 5GB or less left. I don't think there's an actual policy, but that appears to be what's happening. I was kind of okay with it at first, but afterwards, I realized that $30 is very expensive for 10GB and not fair when they're getting government money for 15GB!Anyway, I would like this practice of slowing down customers' Internet to be stopped. They also charged me $50 for a hotspot device with a retail value of $35. The Franklin *** is the bottom of the barrel for performance and I was overcharged. They don't tell you anywhere what device you're getting or the terms of the agreement or anything. It was shipped media mail and it was less than a pound.All around, I don't really like what is happening here.

    I gave them my personal info including my social security number to get a free hot spot with 15 gigs a month waited 5 days said shopping label had been printed called the company nothing but excuses, called again at 10 days excuses again and I'm sure it's never coming and the people are using this to steal people's information.

    I would give less stars if possible. They took my money for a government phone lifeline $40 plus tax. Ive written them emails about not getting my phone and asking where it is. They only say that the phones just came back in and would be shipped out soon. This has been over a month ago.
