    Cool, thanks! I see people having issues, but so far, we have not. It seems to be good for us since we've had the tablets. I'm actually pretty sad the program is ending soon!!!

    I received a sim card that worked for only 2 weeks. After calling support they told me that a new sim card is on its way because the one before was not working properly. I have been waiting for 1 full month on that sim card to arrive and to my surprise nothing has showed at my door. If anyone comes across a representative by the name of **** or ***** please do not waist you time she hung up on me after lying about my sim card being on the way today. thanks to one guy that told me my card was never on the way i found out that the People of Maxsip Telecom corporations you guys are crooks and thieves and you guys very much need to be out of business.

    Maxsip is mailing fraudulent material! Misleading material! Ppl need to know!. It says they are handling my FCC's ACP for free Internet. If I want to continue using their service call xxxxxxxxx and mention Reference number below. I received the very same information from maxsip about 6 months ago. I called the number and just ask what this info was about, when they transferred me to someone in sales, I hung up! I called my Internet provider which is *** Communications and they said maxsip had nothing to do with my ACP account! The following month when I received my *** Bill my $30.00 for my internet was gone! I couldn't afford to pay for my internet that month and that started a big to do just to make calls to Government FCC and leave messages, couldn't get to a live person. It was a big nightmare of phone calls and forms online to find out what happened and get the problem fixed! Someone finally called and told me maxsip had switched my account!!! I never did that, never gave them permission, nothing! I lost a months payments and it took 2 months to get it right! Today I received the same thing from maxsip with same false info. I can imagine that a lot of ppl fall for this also. But it is straight out lies, all false! If they mess with my acct with *** again, I'll be furious! I would like for the BBB to do something about this so others don't have to go through all the misery I have. And not have to write all this you. Thank you!

    My personal information incident involves an *** transfer to Maxsip Telecom. This was communicated to me by *** Customer Support. I was instructed to file a complaint with the *** which I did. I also reported this to other agencies. The *** gave me a transfer code and other information pertaining to this bogus activity and Maxsip account. NUMEROUS times ive contaced them. not once have I or the officer have received a reply. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Especially being this *** is through a certain agency and Maxsip was given the ***** contact, officer information and the officer was a recipient of every communication I sent Maxsip Telecom. You'd think any company who was notified there is an IT case involving them they'd immediately get in touch with you especially being there's an open case. By reading reviews here and other websites I see I'm not the only one to receive this kind of treatment by Maxsip Telecom. Being they cant reply, i demand this company give me the address, contact name of their **** that handles these types of cases along with a fax number as there is a warrant for an affidavit that is in the works to be served regarding this fraudulent Maxsip account that was opened without my consent.

    a man came to me with a tablet and phone he said if i get link ssi or food stamps im approced for both the phone and tablet and both is free i told him i am already using my acp credit and wanted to stock with the company im with it he said its a new program and not the acp. and by me signing up for you all it wont affect my acp credit with Xfinity. so i gave him my id and last for of social . he said i was approved but i would have to pay 40 for the table and 40 the tablet i told him it's a government phone why should i have to pay in any case i dint have the money so i told him to cancel it and he left. i contact support phone times saying all this and dont care. i lost my acp credit with Xfinity and i never received a phone or tablet ******* parking lot in ************** ** shoppers beware

    They have really awful service soon as you get the phone would not refer anyone to y'all and tell people y'all have very bad service
