  My bathroom project was the best experience ever! Comfort had done a bathroom remodel for me last year, and I was very pleased. As a result, I requested that Steve( the man who did the first one) do this renovation project as well.
  Steve and Nick did a phenomenal job with the project and answered any questions I had along the way. Both were very talented and worked diligently. They were meticulous, thorough, and exact. They worked well together and exemplified professionalism at all times. Their work ethic was outstanding; not something we often see or experience in today’s world.
  My bathroom remodel has drawn many compliments from friends and neighbors. I am very pleased and extremely grateful for the quality work that Comfort has done. Thank you!

  I had a new roof installed by this company in 2012.
  I recently discovered some water spots on my ceiling. I reached out to the trusted ********** ******* ******* who came out and assessed the situation and hired them for the job. I was uncomfortable reaching out to a company (Comfort) that their workmanship was showing to be poor quality only 12 years after the job.
  At the start of the job ********** roofing professionals found that the previous roofing job was done improperly and negligently, which has led to these significant issues inside of my home as well as and including the need for mold assessment and removal with additional repairs . ********** has now corrected the faulty work in the roof but other repairs remain inside the home, and ********** has confirmed that the original installation/negligence with Comfort roofing job was indeed the cause of these problems. ********** were able to take pictures during the job showing the exact issues of negligence including putting wood over rotted wood which also rotted, patching holes with tin materials, not installing fashia or dormers as needed among others. ********** text me these pictures and told me that I definitely need to contact the company to work out a fair resolution to this issue as roofs should last 20 years or more. ********** further stated that they would be behind me 100 percent for this.
  I contacted Comfort in person and was referred to Bill Johnson, corporate and part of the production management. He called me, I explained the issues and sent pictures to him in email.
  I explained that I wanted to be reimbursed for all costs I have incurred due to these deficiencies/damages including reimbursement for proper new roof installation, black mold testing and any other dry wall/ceiling repairs where appropriate.
  I asked for an in person meeting to work out a resolution as he asked me what I wanted done via email. No one has responded. Attorney General case is in progress.

  As a repeat customer when we needed a shower we hired Comfort Windows. From start to finish it was a horrible experience. from the lies of the salesman, who said they make their own product, they use their own employees and do not sub contract, it would be a two day install, to an up charge for fixtures we were told were included. When the contractors arrived they installed the walls and base and a less quality valve and shower. We called the Albany sales manager and were told that it was a lie and the salesman would not have said this. He also explained that they are a window company and they don't do bathrooms. To correct the fixtures we were asked to repurchase the fixtures and pay an install rate of $550 hr for labor. He then offered to make the situation right if we signed a release that saying we would not write an honest review. When the project was completed the first time the door was hung crooked, the trim ring was dented, the door handle was upside down and the magnetic catch fell off. before these problems could be corrected 2 separate leaks had to be fixed. After rehanging the door 2 more times the frame is loose and doesn't close correctly. Service manager acknowledged the problems but it stated it functions and that is what the contract covers.

  I got all new windows in my house last month from Comfort Windows. I love them! What a huge improvement. The windows easily tilt in for washing. The installers were very efficient and neat, Mike and Mike. Salesman Larry designed a window to replace an in the wall air conditioner that I no longer used. It looks great! I am very happy with my new windows.

  We have used Comfort Windows in the past and have never been disappointed!! Our most recent project was 6 replacement windows and once again, we couldn’t be more pleased! The quality of the windows is outstanding and the installation was prompt and efficient. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous , and very respectful of property. The windows were installed in the time frame stated and nothing was left for us to clean up. We will continue to use Comfort and recommend them to our friends!

  We had a huge job done (roof, windows, and siding). We are very satisfied! The work was done in a timely manner and completed when Comfort said it would be! All of the workers were kind and courteous and kept us informed of the progress. Many thanks to our salesman Chris and to each of the techs who worked on this project: Keith and Joey (roof); Cliff, James, and Mark (windows); and Ben, Chris, and Tony (siding). Kudos to all! You all deserve a raise!!!
