    Recently had my roof replaced, soffit repaired, and new gutters. Comfort did an outstanding job and all of the crew on site were great. As always, they leave things cleaner than when they got there. I’m very satisfied with both the materials and the workmanship and the customer experience was top-notch. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and will continue to look to them for solutions for my home and would highly recommend them to others. My siding, my windows and now my roof and my gutters are all from Comfort.

    Great job byJames and Ken. Very professional. Kept us informed every step of the way. Extremely clean. Tarps on the floors including the bathroom throughout the house to the garage. We were pleased with all of the finish work. These guys can come back anytime!

    I’m not usually one to put long posts but for this expedition, this might be. From start to finish this was the best customer service I’ve experienced since moving into my house 3 years ago. From the Gentleman that came to go over the estimate with me, the Gentleman that came and measured, and the 3 Gentlemen that came to install my doors. Everyone was very friendly, explained everything but not with “deep explanation” ie didn’t as they say man-plain it. Every interaction was like talking to a friend that knew what I wanted and was interested in my plans. Thank you for employing kind, hardworking and personable people! I appreciate the time everyone put in to make my plan into reality. My new door look absolutely lovely!

    We ordered a center replacement panel for our large picture window. Originally told it was covered under warranty and would take 4-6 weeks. Told they would call to schedule appointment to send someone to measure. Got a call back they didn’t need to measure AND it was not covered under warranty. Was told they put the order in and would b.s.s when the window came in to schedule the installment. 6 weeks later we had heard nothing so i called them. Was told it’s NOT 4-6 weeks, but now 6-8 weeks. Was told someone must have given me the wrong information. 8 weeks came and went. I called shaun anna had to leave a message. Got a call back (they left a message) telling me they still don’t have my replacement window. They have had my money, paid in full. I received a receipt for payment dated 9/4/2004. It’s been over 16 weeks. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Love my new windows. Price was right and lifetime warranty very important. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Installers came when promised, were quick and efficient, and didn’t make a mess. Would definitely recommend Comfort Windows!
