  After 5 years of service and no problems with our previous lawn guy; this season has not started well with their new person who has taken over. They went to wrong house and cut neighbors lawn, then took 2 days for them to cut our lawn and new person left a handwritten note stating we are "stealing" services. He has insinuated our lawn is bigger then .25 acres- which it's not. Previous person never complained and was professional. Now we are terminating our services with them and moving on. Be careful if you decide to use them!

  I scheduled a mowing and weeding job and the contractor never showed up. I've attempted 5 times to receive a full refund for the scheduled job that was never completed. They keep saying the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days and they never do. Stealing customer's money for services not performed is fraud and illegal. Don't hire this company. Go local instead.

  Please do not use this company/app..they take all your information and lead you to believe a local "professional" will do the job you are requesting.. days go by and no one shows up, no one at the headquarters responds... (It's a BOT) You try and call the phone number provided and the recording sounds legit but then it hangs up on you!??? Emails lead you to general FAQs that lead you no where. PLOWZ and MowZ is a scam that contracts locals to try and get your business but do not show up or respond. Do not use Plowz and Mowz. Im in the process of getting them exposed locally.

  Never performed the service.
  At first they claimed there was no parking which was impossible because we’d moved our car out of the driveway and the entire thing was available- as well as tons of open spots across the street and in front of my right side neighbor. My leftside neighbor was using the spots by their house but they were by their house and again, our driveway was available.
  They gaslit me and kept doubling down on the parking lie, claiming there were tons of Memorial Day parties (which makes no sense because people have Memorial Day parties on Memorial Day) and tried to force me to reschedule for tomorrow even though it’s supposed to pour rain the next two days.
  I checked in with these people the day before, morning of and throughout the day to make sure the appointment was set and their bot kept assuring me it was until suddenly, after being unable to confirm an ETA they came out swinging with the parking lie.
  Throughout everything they didn’t initiate a single call or message. No, “sorry we’re running late” or “is there any parking we can use?” The best I can gather, they overbooked their day and used any flimsy excuse to bump appointments and blame the customers.
  I wasted all morning and half the afternoon waiting for them, making sure the yard was clear of any debris or dog droppings, trying to be a good client, only to find out in the hottest part of the day that I could either mow my own lawn or wait until probably Wednesday to have the service I paid for last week completed. I’m halfway through the mow and have to take a break to prevent passing out in the heat with my reel mower. If they had just told me the truth last night or all day, I would have mowed before it got so hot.
  I got a milquetoast apology, told there’s “no way to know” about the parking even though I had pictures and told my refund would take 3-5 business days.

  Bad experience. I don't recommend. You're much better off going directly through someone local.
  Plowz & Mowz is a big faceless middleman just skimming a percentage off of the people actually doing the work. If you want an ETA or have any questions/adjustments to the order, you have to go through tons of hoops, unhelpful virtual AI chatbots, submit all your info multiple times, and even then they won't put you in touch with the people actually doing the work. Definitely won't be using Plowz & Mowz again.
  On top of that, the contractors didn't do a good job. They just left without finishing and now I have no way of contacting them.

  Worst company ever. Charged me for service, nobody ever showed up. I hate them! AWFUL HORRIBLE NONSENSE

  This service is horrible. They charge your credit card, tell you that your service has been scheduled and then never show up. Their phone number is a constant loop so you can’t talk to them and the do not respond to messages. Why are they still allowed to be in business.

  Just paid a company to weed and apply fresh mulch. Used this service for a single lawn mow because mower needs repairs.
  The amateur they sent out blew the grass clippings directly into my freshly mulched beds, on all sides of the house.
  Will never use or recommend this service again.

  Every time I attempt to use them for one time service, no one ever arrives. During my most recent attempt, I had scheduled a week or more in advance. This has been a problem for years with this company. They have absolutely no control over their providers and are completely unreliable. Not sure why they aren’t able to improve in this area.

  Please don't use this company for lawn work. They are not reliable and continuously reschedule often with no communication. They don't show up and the customer is the one initiating the communication. I have had to leave several messages and although the people managing the chat are respectful, this company needs to do a better job at vetting their landscapers. I wish I read the reviews. There's no doubt administrative staff are apologizing to people for their providers on a regular basis.
