  Let me begin by saying—this company is absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my property. From start to finish, Nick, Angel, and the entire crew were a joy to work with. They were friendly, punctual, and professional, and their positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
  The moment they arrived on the first day, I had a feeling they were going to do a great job—and they truly delivered. We ran into a challenge with moving my front deck due to the awning posts, but the team didn’t miss a beat. They put their heads together, came up with a smart solution, and managed to move the deck without detaching the awning. I trusted them completely, and they came through with flying colors!
  They also sided my shed to match the color of my home, and now it looks brand new! Throughout the project, they were always open to questions and concerns, and they took the time to walk me through each step—from the initial plan to the final touches. Their communication and care made all the difference.

  Worst experience ever. I am a single mom in need of windows at my home which would be a large and expensive job for this company. Instead of assisting me they refused to even come to my home to give me an estimate because I the other person on the deed would not be present for my safety. I have a stay away order of protection against him. Not only is this poor business practice but also violates the NY domestic violence protection act. Never would recommend this company, ever!

  We apologize for the misunderstanding. As a small business, we try very hard to keep our expenses down, and part of that is having all homeowners at one appointment. Our standard questions and procedures are not put in place to offend anyone; they are in place to help us keep prices lower for our customers.
  We do make exceptions as would have been the case in your situation. However, while your call was placed on mute, the agent in the call center heard you using vulgar words about our company and then stating you didn’t want an appointment with us anyway. He thought it best to not go further with setting the appointment at that time.

  On July 17, 2025, Don O******* and his partner Jose came to my home and installed a new walk in shower. They removed the old bathtub, replaced the drywall, and installed new antimicrobial ****** ******* walls and new plumbing as well. They did an amazing job! I am very pleased. I highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors for any home improvement needs.

  We hired C.Michael Exteriors to redo our tub and shower surround. They did an amazing job. The installer, Josh, was fantastic and very patient with all of our questions. We highly recommend this team!

  We recently hired C. Michael Exteriors to replace our worn out siding. Salesperson came over and showed us their products and told us of the company nearby where we could go view a bigger picture of what we could order. Installation was 8 weeks later, (busy season), by Chansey and his team. They worked seamlessly together and were very respectful of our property and our neighbors. We had them install an extra layer of insulation under the new siding, and they replaced the fascia and soffits. This was money well spent. If I have a job that needs to be done in the future, I would hire them again. Thank you, C. Michael Exteriors!!

  I had to write because when you find good people who do a good job they should receive credit for that. We found C. Michaels Exteriors on the Better Business Bureau page and I am glad that we did. We decided to have them replace our windows and insulate and side our house. We are very happy with the quality of work, the quality of the materials and the quality of the workmanship and the workers too! The workmen were great... very hardworking men who endured the extremely cold winter weather and snow - working outside all day. They arrived early and worked into the late afternoon. They cleaned up each and every day that they worked. They were polite, professional, patient and appropriately friendly. They worked together well in teams. I had many questions for them and they were answered well. We had a beau/bay window (5 windows) converted into a picture window and the rest of the windows in the house replaced, and insulation and siding done. And the best part of all this is that we enjoyed the comfort of an evenly heated house that retained the heat without the furnace having to work all the time! This is a new experience for us. I'm happy with the appearance of the house and the room with the big picture window. This was money well spent. If I ever have a job that needs to be done in the future I would not hesitate to hire them again.

  The sales rep was flexible with the cost and made me comfortable with my decisions. The work crew was polite and arrived in a timely manner working as long as possible. They completed the project in half the time and left the area clean at the end of the day. I will definitely recommend this company.

  Jeremy M**** is an extremely knowledgeable about the shower replacement options available. There was no high-power sales pitch. After the contract was signed, Jeremy gave me specific names of the men who would be contacting me to set up appointments to measure for my shower replacement and the actual installation. Don O****** and his assistant installed a walk-in shower replacing my tub. I was asked questions and for my opinion at multiple stages of the installation. I was informed of the plumbing problems they discovered that would necessitate the installation being completed the next day, i was offered options when it came to the placement of the corner seat, the shelves, and the grab bars as well as suggestions to help me make the final decisions. I appreciated that. Before Don left at the completion of the installation, he reviewed the operation of the new shower head as well as the care of the shower.

  Thank you and your window crew for all the work they did. I loved it and I hope we can soon complete the whole house. The house was built in 1930 and you took out the original windows. One picture shows the pulley system. I just started to update the house so I hope we can get all the work done together, like painting the house and the bathrooms.
