    I needed to replace a really old, extremely heavy, thru the wall a/c. At least a half dozen companies claimed they couldn't do it and one who said he would, wanted to charge me a ridiculous price, It is apparent that unless you are going to hire these companies to install an a/c in your window, there is no interest. Installing an a/c in a window is not rocket science, I do it it every summer, though I do understand why some people may need that type of service. Calling your company a/c experts when all you do is window installations is a bit much however. In the beginning of July I found Air Rescue. ***** is responsive, personable, experienced and honest. He has been in the business 20 years and certainly didn't need the work. We texted over the week while he was busy on other projects. I will be eternally grateful for his help. Came on the weekend, gave me a good price, did the install and hauled away my old clunker and we had a couple of laughs in between. Doesn't get much better than that. .

    ***** has got a very professional team in Air Rescue. I choose ***** because is the most responsive among others and his fee quote is also very competitive.He helped me cleaned the **** unit, added Nest thermostat to it, replaced the motorized valve and coils. The quality of the work is exceptional. He also checked in afterward to see if the system is running well.I will definitely recommend Air Rescue.

    Contacted ***** at Air Rescue during the hottest week of this Summer as our through the wall AC died. My young ******** and I were sweltering in our roasting apartment.***** answered all my questions honestly and accurately and provided a very competitive price to install the new air conditioner. He arrived promptly the same day and the unit was installed with no issues. He saved us from a sweltering apartment.I highly recommend Air Rescue and commend ***** for his high quality work and fine customer service. I am grateful for his service.

    Our central AC compressor outside unit wouldn't turn on and I reached out to many A/C contractors on bbb. I received many eager early responses from highly rated contractors when I first reached out with my problem. And then things would fall apart with responses like 1. I can't/won't go to ********* 2. Our technicians are too busy to get to you because we are really busy 3. It's $350 for the contractor to walk into my house before any work is even done and on and on.Only Air Rescue (Thank you *****) was straight-forward and upfront with no surprises and while he was too busy to get to my job immediately, he followed up and within a week had the problem diagnosed and fixed for a fair price given the time spent and the labor involved.

    want to say huge thank you to air rescue team for job they did for me, I had emergency/my HVAC broke and all the system together with conditioner broke down, they came the same day, saw what's needs to be done and I got new system set up next day for good price, very efficient, always on time. Very professional accurate and clean, fast and courteous team. **************** excellent and easy to communicate. This is 2nd time I use air rescue and very happy with service, recommend them very much!:)

    We had a wonderful experience with ***** from Air Rescue! They gave us a window of ***** but he called and said he was available to come earlier which worked out perfectly! He diagnosed our issue quickly and walked us through the process step by step. He explained things in a way that people who know nothing about how A/C works could understand. His service was fantastic and priced very fairly. He even threw in a few jokes for free!I will definitely be using Air Rescue for any future heating and AC needs!
