    Do not use this company. The owner ***** Does not take any pride in his work. Installed an air conditioning that within two weeks was leaking and damaged the ceiling of the room underneath it. If that wasnt enough, also removed my shut off alarm I had in my prior unit , which is a $200 device and never replaced it ! therefore the unit did not shut itself off and Water damaged my ceiling In the room below it He is completely irrational, high tempered and very aggressive. Completely unprofessional refuses to return my calls. this company does not belong in the Better Business Bureau. I have an engineers report validating the incident.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Air Rescue LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Air Rescue LLC called to threaten us to remove the complaint and told us if we did not remove the complaint, they would NOT provide the permit to us and hung up the phone directly. 

    The conclusion is Air Rescue DID NOT provide the permit to us yet after the phone call.

    enting the manipulation and deception. I feel betrayed by *****'s List for recommending such a fraudulent business.I am seeking a full refund of $24,068 from Air Rescue, as well as $15,000 to repair the damage they caused. I demand that *****'s List take immediate action to remove Air Rescue from their platform and assist in resolving this matter within the next 30 days.I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my state ************************** and will share my horrific experience with friends, family, and online review platforms. I hope that *****'s List will take responsibility for their role in this debacle and work to prevent other consumers from suffering as I have.

    ***************************** from Air Rescue has failed to show up and complete a job initiated inFebruary for 8 months. I asked several times and I always got 'next week' as a response. The job is not completed, the equipment is getting damaged.
