I was flat out lied to by ******. I am covered for a crown replacement and made an appointment to go in and have it taken care of. I got there and more X-rays were taken again and they asked why I was there. I told them because you told me I was covered to have a crown replaced and they denied saying that calling me a liar. Why I would lie about a front tooth that is needed? I ripped the paper bib the y placed around my neck and threw it on the chair I was sitting in and left the office. They canceled my sons teeth cleaning appointment bc of my argument with them. DISCRIMINATION! My autistic son had nothing to do with their lies to me and argument with them. They refused to treat him bc of that. They lied to me on the phone they got me there on 3/1/2022 and told me thats not what they said on the phone. Its a complete lie. They said I told them my crown was loose. And thats a lie! If its a loose crown they would of have had me come in right away to Cement it back in. Quick fix any dentist does! Since January 3, 2022 I have been trying to resolve my dental issues and all they did was take X-rays and then make another appointment to go back. They just flat out lie! And bc I caught them in a lie an argument broke out and now they denied my sons teeth cleaning. Which he had nothing to do with! I have the text from them saying this!!!
