            In July I ordered 2 skylight blinds Only one was the correct size but does not open . They agreed to replace but to date have not done so, I paid in full, paid for measuring, paid for installation and paid for a tall ladder fee as well although he used regular ladder. Waited for 3 measuring appointments and had to take off work for delivery of wrong and missing blind. No ones calls back and they leave me on hold endlessly saying they are helping customers. I am a customer who already paid and I want the replacement blinds. Even the installer would not open the blind with the provided stick as he stated it would "brake" and did not want to be responsible, Currently on hold for 22 minutes. Manager is ***************************** and **** was ***********. They have my money and I have one non working blind right now. I recently suffered a heart attack and cannot continue to have this stress. Please Help

            The worst place ever. I regret ever going there for blinds. I'm a senior citizen who simply wanted something nice and updated. Proceeded to contact them and had consultant come to home. She offered no help whatsoever. She simply showed limited blinds and I choose them. Nothing different than what I already had . Needless to say blinds were installed, and I was disappointed on how they looked. However that wasn't the worst. Shades were short and crooked. Not even. Proceeded to call them and I was told by rude installer that all houses are crooked so therefore my shades would be crooked. Proceeded to get another measurements after complaining to store management, and till today have not heard one word from consultant, as to when the will fix issue. Never again. I could have purchased from ********** and paid an installer alot cheaper than what I paid for these. Terrible service and no regard to her I felt. At this point I should have been refunded. Or my shades replaced.
