            At the end of August, salesman **** came to the house & showed me the pics!! He measured, we told him we wanted the shower all the way to the flat wall - he said had to give him $5000.00 deposit & had 3 days to cancel. Next day I called him to make sure he went to the wall. He said yes. 6 weeks later in October they came to install! Of course it was short. Wrong measurement. They were willing to put another order in but I would have to wait 4-6 weeks again. I had contractors lined up after the bathroom that I could not cancel or postponed. So I told Bathroom Buddy that I couldnt wait the 4- to 6 weeks. They refused to give me the deposit back or even compromise on a refund. I didnt measure wrong they did.

            I would not recommend using bathroom buddy. Very over priced for the work they provide. Sloppy caulk job and the shower doors are not aligned properly so they one side doesn't close properly. Workers have come back numerous times to address some of our issues and nothing was done to our satisfaction. I tried to get one of the managers to come and review the job but no one shows and all I get is the same crew that did the install and spend about 15 minutes looking at stuff and leave. 3 different times someone came and still nothing to our satisfaction done. We also went through ****** for the 10% rebate of the cost and that took months to get done due bathroom buddy took their time submitting paperwork to ******. Rebate was supposed to come within 3 weeks of work being completed. Rebate took over 3 months as I was calling as well as ****** trying to get this done. Do not go with this company unless you want to spend your time working on getting things done that was promised. Don't fall for all their BS.
