  I'm really upset with this company right now. I had my bathroom done by them it seamed everything went ok, but the doors on the shower are very unstable, they shake when you close them, they need replacing. I have reached out to them for over a month, he told me they were ordering new ones, still haven't gotten back to us, then my husband called them and he said he was waiting for the installer, well the installer has been ready now we can't even get them on the phone. I want my doors replaced asap.

  Had a tub to shower conversation done. Workers were polite and respectful not so much for the owner. They only handle the wet area of the bathroom; the rest of the bathroom is remodeled by a separate contractor. They refuse to communicate with the other contractor causing a major mess-up. On the dimensions of the bathroom. Not only that but the ceiling of the shower should have been covered in the same material as the walls and back of the shower, they did not. When I questioned the office about this I was told it would cost me $500 more. Being clean and respectful doesnt make up for not giving a **** what the customer wants. And the owners condescending attitude towards his customer should make anyone looking to hire ** *********** NOT TO HIRE THEM PERIOD.

  Installers were neat, friendly, efficient and professional. Office followed check on our satisfaction. Came out so nice, it's a shame to hide it behind a curtain. We are now looking at installing glass door,

  We couldnt be happier with how our shower instal came out. It has completely changed our bathroom space for the better. We were notified that of when the technicians would be at the house the week before and they showed up right on time as promised. The install took two day and was relatively mess free as the cleaned as they went. They initially had to leave off the molding because we were having new flooring put in. But once that was done they came back and finished off the space as promised. Overall we are happy with our decision to go with bathroom buddy remodeling.

  Bathroom Buddy process was absolutely great. Great sales meeting and follow-up. Very responsive back office, very knowledgeable and informative onsite crew. When completed the satisfaction follow-up was refreshing in that they let you talk without interruptions or attempts to finish your sentence. Very friendly and respectful staff. Professional from beginning to end. We did have some hurdles that became insignificant in the way Bathroom Buddys office folks handled it. Great job, wish they did more than just showers.

  Arrived on time, friendly & professional. Ordered a replacement tub with wall and ceiling enclosures and related shower head, faucet, grab ************** rod. *** measured & checked that the correct supplies were ordered. He discovered a 32 tub was ordered instead of a 30 & was able to get the right size tub to the house BEFORE he ripped the old tub out. As a result all worked out well from start to finish. We are very happy with the attractive quality of the products and the workmanship & thrilled to have a Lifetime Jacuzzi warranty to back it up. Thank you, Bathroom Buddy Remodeling and ***, ****** and ****! Would have given 5 stars if the tub ordered had been the right size. We were lucky they could relace it & install the right one with only a half hour delay! We look forward to enjoying our new bath and shower!
