********************** Dentistry of ****************, ** (namely "********" - manager) called me last week (quite upset I might add) stating that I owe them monies for a service they have not provided more than two years ago. I've asked to speak with Dr. ********************** or his wife and was told they did not want to speak with me at which time ************************* the phone up. I called back and she said she does not like my level of communication and I was being offensive (as if being billed for a service I did not receive or threats of being sent to "collection" is not offensive?)In late 2020, early 2021, ********************** Dentistry was supposed to cap an upper tooth on the right side with porcelain that would not show metal at the root. I was specific in this request prior to their even creating a mold of my tooth. After having gone to them for that one single tooth fitting, at least three times, and they're not having an ability to fit the tooth properly, nor provide the agreed upon material (which was to be a porcelain crown that would not show metal at the root of the tooth), I felt no alternative but to go to another dental office. I've spent approx. $15,000 at another dental office to have my teeth capped (where no metal is showing). My new dentist provided me with excellent service. Unfortunately ********************** Dentistry did not. I do not mind paying for what I owe. But I will NOT pay for what I do NOT owe. The fact that ********************** Dentistry has decided to send me to a collection agency to ruin my creditworthiness is just awful. I felt no other alternative than to report ********************** Dentistry for misrepresentation of service/false billing.I would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible in this matter.
