            Unfortunately the tire and wheel coverage we purchased with the new car (we bought two that day) was canceled. No one knows by who or why. Nothing is in writing that we canceled.So we left yesterday with no managers to talk to, no resolution from service or anyone.They simply said we dont know what happened but you have to buy tires, can you imagine?!Apparently even a document in writing from them is was scam. Yes, we have one!!No management to speak to.

            I had purchased cars under old management never had a problem. This new management is to be desired. The price on line and advertised is not the price you pay. They hit you with about $3485. worth of dealership fees for an use car. Then the finance management tells you in order to get a loan with his preferred bank(he will not tell you is his preferred bank of course he gets kickbacks) their required the car to be protected another $10,668.00 worth of nonsense. A $25k car you end up paying over $40k. I Called the bank and find out that the dealer created a different invoice for the bank than the one he gave me plus the bank only needed was insurance on the car. The finance manager was so angry that I questioned him and asked him to cancel my original invoice. BEWARE OF THE FINANCE MANAGEMENT HE IS A REAL SHYSTER.
