  I wish we could give Raymond and Chipman from All Exclusive Transportation ten plus stars. They were highly suggested by people we asked as we were in searched for good movers, so much so that we did not even bother calling anyone else. Zachary provided a very reasonable estimate quote, and planned the move all via email.

  Had a best experience scheduling my move out with Borna at All Exclusive Transportation. On the day of move Posavec, Jasna and Gordana came to my place on time, were neat, personable, and informative. I was at the stressed end of packing up the house and they took over the last leftovers and I had a instant to catch my breath and make some calls.

  Hi Im REMOVED. and REMOVEDstole a $200 deposit from me. I have asked him multiple times to return it and I never received my money back. REMOVEDtold me that he was having a problem with his merchant account and he would make arrangements to return the $200back. He told me to try and dispute the charge via my bank which they temporarily returned only to take then $200 back. When I contacted him about the dispute being denied he told me he would REMOVEDit back from his wifes account. That never happened. The last time I spoke to REMOVEDhe answered the phone and when I told him who I was he hung up. He started screening his calls and when I sent him texts he would read them and not answer. The reason I know he read the messages because we both have Apple phones and it tells you when some with and Apple phone reads the messages you sent. Currently his REMOVEDnumber is temporarily out of service. If you go to get a quote on REMOVEDyoull be directed to a page by BREMOVEDFunnel. He doesnt answer his email or texts so its a waste of REMOVEDyourself a favor dont deposit any money with this company. They are a bunch of scam artists. Youll never get it back.

  REMOVEDcompany! They low ball the cost to get your business and then tell you it will be much more than ($1000) what was originally quoted. They will not be responsible for any damage caused by their "professional" movers. They only take cash which is another scam. If you make any complaint about their service you will be treated very rudely. Everything is the customers fault. Let's be real, we all understand that sometimes damage occurs, things get broken but it's the way a company deals with these situations that matters most. The worse part of this company is the completely unprofessional, rude, nasty customer service.

  I have read this review and I will respond accordingly. This job was booked by his wife REMOVEDwe went to pick up this customer's items she took a couple of small items off of her a list, but added on A lot more boxes which were bigger sizes, so we informed her of the cost Prior to having her sign the contract and before performing any work. She was in total agreement with the price. Ten days after picking up her merchandise She contacted my office and claim that we had damaged the carpet in her apartment and the hallway. She emailed me pictures of the carpet, and I could see that it was dirty water In a dark colored carpet this happened when my guys took her patio furniture from the balcony on the second floor the only way in was through her Living room as she lives on the second floor.She did Not have her patio furniture wrapped up with plastic covering so water must have gotten inside and when my guys carried it through her living room some of the water came out onto the carpet. She was aware that this happened and she told the guys that they we're going to clean the carpet anyway.What I explained to her in an email is that she needed to contact me on the day that the incident happened and I would have had my guys go to a store and get a commercial carpet cleaner. Those water stains would have come right out and her building would have never known About any stains. I offered her A hundred and fifty dollars refunded back and agreed to sign a non-disclosure form in order to get a hundred- and fifty-dollar courtesy discount.She signed the document We refunded her back the hundred and fifty dollars that we agreed to. She then proceeded to go on to social media and say bad things about my company when that is in complete violation of the non-disclosure that Is she had just signed we proceeded To take back the hundred and fifty dollars that we had given her for her violation. What I told her in an email is that her own negligence of not notifying So the carpet could be cleaned Prior to the building taking back possession It would caused her situation.The building she lived in refused to give her back her deposit, claiming they had to replace the carpet when all they were going to do was clean the stains out. This is what bad management companies do they use Any excuse not to give you back your deposit. She is not taking any Responsibility for her own negligence and is trying to blame us for this avoidable situation.She is clearly a very bad person and a very REMOVEDregards management

  Great quality company who takes care of your stuff like their own! I cant tell you how much I was impressed with the service I got and for the price!They were also very respectful that I work from home and needed then to be as quiet as possible, they took the time to carefully carry items that will make noise wrapping to a room closed the door behind them once the item was wrapped they took it out of the room and carried the next item to wrap in the room then out . And they did that only out of courtesy and respect for my online meeting which was a lot harder to accomplish and added a lot of work for the moving team but they gladly did it .I'd definitely recommend all exclusive to anyone
