Credit Card Processing 101!(You don't even need a Law degree to figure it out)Merchant....A merchant(business) begins the settlement process by sending a batch of approved authorizations to their acquiring bank (or the banks processor). Authorization batches are typically sent at the close of each business day. Multiple individual credit card transactions make up a batch.Funding and Fees...The processor will deposit the funds from your credit card sales into your business bank account and deduct processing fees. Credit Card Deposits.....These days, most processors offer next day funding, meaning that youll receive money for todays credit card transactions tomorrow. The caveat is that you must batch your transactions by a specific cutoff time in order to receive the funds the next day. If you miss the cutoff, you wont receive funds until the second business day. Now!! You say you had to wait and figure out if the overcharged credit card was paid to your Law firm? That takes ***** hours max.I mean even a Korean immigrant nail salon owner who doesn't speak English knows this! (Again, no Law degree needed)And finally, you can not be serious that you weren't sure why your check In the mail was taking so long to get to the person you tried to steal from?!Your employee who represents your company overcharged this person by hundreds of dollars. You should have been in direct communication with this person to be sure they received the refund. You had his telephone number when you were trying to collect a debt. Maybe try using peoples telephone numbers to see if your companies mistake had a resolution. Have some compassion please. Gross

We have no idea who this person is. She is not listed in our system and would appreciate it if you removed this 'nonsense' from our 'page'. We have nothing to do with this person, or anyone who may have the same last name. Kindly confirm that this has been removed.Thank you
