            On 4/5/22 I reported a leak from my hot tub. It took several appointments but finally on 8/12 the leak was found. I was told parts needed to be ordered and then around the end of august I would have my hot tub repaired. By 9/30/22 I still have not had my tub repaired. When I called the company I was told that there was a mix up and they didn't realize I was waiting for repairs. They finally came on 10/5 and made the repairs. I was told they needed to wait 2-3 days and then they would come back to hook up the tub. It is now 10/13/22 and I have heard 0 back from company. My hot tub has been offline since 8/3/22. Hot tub is under warranty and is fully covered.I have been paying for a hot tub that I have not been able to use for 10 weeks.

            To anyone thinking of buying a "Jacuzzi" hot tub. Think again. Tub looks pretty but has a flawed design."Hot Tub Factory" is the worst company, with worst product, and worst customer service! My tub is less than 2 years old and started leaking water. They want a prepaid $1000 to just come in and check it out. God knows how much more they will charge for the actual repair. Outrageous!!!Go to ******.com and buy a $5K tub (one third the price of jacuzzi) and get a much more durable product backed by a company with an impeccable reputation!
