            "We take pride in stating that we have a track record of 100% satisfied customers, backed by the positive reviews and recommendations that we have received." BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising. As of 8/21/2021, the business has failed to respond to BBB.

            A representative of the company named *****- who stated he is the owner- was contacted to provide a building permit facilitation. Documents handed and a deposit of 375$ given as check. Note that refund was half of the total fee of service given as 750$. No contract or form signed saying deposit non refundable. Receipt for deposit was requested at least twice but never given. The only thing that the above named ***** did were two trips to my house - including the first one- and exchange of phone text. After two weeks the process was stalling, nothing even started which caused me important delays and inconvenience with my project. I requested a visit or phone call but excuse came as I am finishing late or I am in a meeting and call later. Again no call. After this I informed same person that his services are no longer needed and I request documents to be returned and full refund. He stated I only cut checks on Monday as excuse to delay it. No refund ever received

            This Company is Fraud ***** is the person who took check from me and after 2 months giving me ****** excuses. He is a very fraud person.I paid 50 percent of my job that is **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** all money in ********** is a cheater .Please didnt trust him at all
