    Does not stand behind pharmacy. The pharmacy sent the medication to the wrong address. Thus leaving medication exposed to Florida weather for 5 days. I have emailed and texted them multiple times. I spoke to the provider and told her my problem. They were going to call the pharmacy and let me know. That was over a month ago. I keep reaching out via text cause thats the only way to contact them and no answer. Will not use again do not recommend.

    I've used tirzepatide through Valhalla for almost 5 months. They're very quick to prescribe but there's little to no support outside of this. I reached out recently after losing only 9lb in 17 weeks, hoping for guidance since I was close to max dose. I've made significant lifestyle changes and expected more results. The provider only wanted to know how I injected the medication. She made a quick assumption that I was not pinching the skin correctly which makes the medication useless. I attempted to correct her assumption and tell her about the lifestyle changes. She talked over me and was highly dismissive. I've been a registered nurse for ********************************************* feeling utterly stupid. I will be changing companies. Valhalla charges more than others for the higher doses. I'd consider paying more if there was actual professional support. So disappointed.

    Terrible, terrible, terrible. No accurate working phones listed or answered. **************** in any capacity just results in going around and around with no response and no human. Help is literally impossible!

    I had a remote nonvideo consult. I was "prescribed" a medication however I had to use their compounding pharmacy. When I researched the pharmacy I found it was not accredited. I found it funny they were eager to prescribe the most expensive product. I would proceed with caution. I have written off the $95 consult fee as a ****** learnt and am glad I read the other reviews. Don't ever buy compounded medication that is not from a compounding pharmacy that is not accredited

    The company has inaccurate pricing, ******** ad pricing is different than the product page pricing which is different to the check out page pricing. Trying to get help is next to impossible. The primary method for communication is text and with that the response is very long and information given is not accurate as well. This has been an extremely frustratingly experience.
