    I ordered Tirzepatide 75mg (25mg/mL - 3mL vial) but I was sent only ONE vial of 25mg. I immediately sent pictures and emails to the company. The company claims that it was ONE vial with 75mg which is not correct. I even weighted the vial when I received it and when it was empty (after using 10 times 2.5 mg, meaning 25 mg and the vial was empty). The company essentially just lies about it and refuses to either provide the missing 50 mg or to refund me 2/3 of the money.

    The order was place on NOV 30th, there are zero updates on when the medication will be shipped *********** has no direct contact number I want a refund

    I ordered a medication, phentermine, on September 21, 2023 for $104.95. I was supposed to get a 90 count, but only received 60. This happened on my previous order on June 21, but they sent the remainder later on. I have yet to hear back from them on my latest order and have tried to reach them multiple times. On the ordering site, it no longer gives a 90 count option, however I'm still able to order that as it's a renewing order.

    I made 2 purchases from this merchant. They promise during phone consultations to ship a 2 months supply of medication. Their website works with 2 months subscriptions. They instead ship 1 month worth and then tel customers they never sold product for 2 months. I am attaching several other complaints from other people so you can see this is a common practice. They stopped responding to my messages when I included those screenshots. They are a dangerous company selling injectable products with no blood work required and no check on the customer's health. They just want money and are extremely irresponsible.
