    I ordered a Front Camera for my pickup on Oct.19,2023. Order# ***** from Gmpartswarehouse.com. The order was canceled by them on 11/27/23. I was told that I would receive a refund. They did not explain why it was canceled. To date I have not received a refund.I have send email after email with no response. I've tried calling their number with no response. All I want is a refund that they said was processed. I have checked my account for the last several months. It never came.

    The first attached screenshot shows our website where the amount was never collected. The second attached screenshot shows that his PayPal transaction was cancelled.

    I ordered a Cargo Area Partition on 11/2623. When it arrived, it was not what was pictured on the website. I submitted an inquiry through the website and received a reply from ****** on 12/2/23. His reply stated that unfortunately the website is run by a 3rd party company and the pictures and descriptions don't always match. He offered to send a return label for a full refund. I replied yes, send the label. I have not received it, have been emailing, calling and leaving messages every day with no response. I just want the label so I can return the part and get my money back. I am extremely frustrated that I can't get a reply.

    I ordered a radio speaker amplifier August 19th. I had the part number that ***** dealership gave to me. It match my vehicle once I entered my Vin number. Received the part fast August 22nd around that date. However, the part I received was defective.(I got it installed) I tried reaching them by phone several times. I emailed them several times. Let them voicemails several times and I have yet to receive phone call or email back. I still need the part I just need one that actually works!! Worse customer service. I paid a total of $323.25. Thats a lot of money to not have a good working part! At this point I just want my full refund because this is ridiculous!

    After speaking with the parts manager, i found this parts needs to be programmed by a GM dealer. If this has been done and the part still isn't working please provide the repair order so we can follow up with GM about a replacement.

    We have relayed this info to the client as well and are awaiting her reply.

    Gm part ordered on 07/05/2023 paid $380.36 for a driver seat adjuster track. I would just like to return part since it arrived too late.
