I used this company and signed for 1 year Next thing you know they called you every year and said that you signed this year service as well Now thats fraud anybody can see they took my signature copy and paste it for next document they created This is federal criminal case that used fake documents signed by I dont know whom

We require a new signed authorization EVERY year. There are absolutely no exceptions to this practice. We have four (4) separate signed authorizations for your property for the 2019/2020, 2022/2023, 2023/2024 & 2024/2025 property tax years. I have mailed copies of these authorizations to you for your review. After you review the authorizations, you will likely agree that we have not copied and pasted your signature. It is helpful to keep in mind that in accordance with ****** Countys filing deadlines, Property Tax Grievances are submitted approximately 1 to 2 years in advance. This timeframe can cause some confusion for homeowners. For example, the filing period to grieve your 2023/2024 Property Tax Assessment Value ran from September 1, 2021 to May 2, 2022.
