      HUDS VAL CU ****************: I would like to bring to your attention that I have not received the necessary ****** form from Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, which is a requirement under IRS laws for cancelled debts exceeding $600. The failure to provide this form has not only impacted my understanding of the financial situation but also has the potential to affect the accuracy of my tax reporting. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further. Once confirmed, it is crucial that the charge off be removed from my credit report. Thank you!

      My mother signed for a car in December 2021 which I, ******* ***** *****, paid for and auto payment was taken out monthly from my checking account. In April I lost my job and was no longer able to make these payments so my mother switched payment from my checking account to hers. In June, HVCU took two payment for the same car, one from my checking account and the other my mothers checking account. My mother called and told them they had made a mistake and they told her they would refund my money. I received an email that my payment was being cancelled, but the money was still taken out of my account. Over a month later, and I still havent received a refund from HVCU and I had to make a claim with my bank which they now are requesting emails and other paperwork to be faxed over as proof. I went to HVCU and they told me that theres nothing they can do that they need to speak to my mother as shes the owner. My mother already spoke to them when this happened and they keep insisting that she call again and ask for a refund to be processed even though she already did. My mother is currently out of the country and unable to do so. Now HVCU has two payments for the same vehicle and are unwilling to help me or do anything about it. They claim they cant listen to the phone calls that were made and they cant refund me my money.

      I submitted an application for a checking account. Threw chat and unknown customer service associate stated I needed to provide proof of address which could only be a lease or a utility bill I was given no other options. I submitted a copy of my utility bill via email I covered the breakdown which is the usage amount for electricity and gas for the month with a piece of paper and scanned the document to the address they provided. I then received a confirmation stated the email and document was received and Id be hearing back from someone in regards to application. I then received an email a week later stating they have not received anything and in two business days the application will be denied. I gave a call and spoke with a team leader named ****** in the customer contact department. I was then told she would have to speak to a different department. When calling back nobody would transfer me to speak with a team leader who actually deals with my issue. So again I spoke with a regular representative. I stated to please send me the policy stating the document has to include certain requirements in which he could not do because it didnt exist. I then ask if ALL of the required things are on the utility **** ex: full name, address & even account number and the payment due why is is not being accepted in which he stated he is unsure he does not work in the department that deals with that. When he spoke to them when I was on hold he stated it is a need and that the document cant be edited. A simple definition of editing is improving text of some kind. Which I did not do yet the document is being refused.

      On Feb, 17, 2023 I made a bill payment on my ****** Corp account of $435.00 Unbeknown to me the payment went to the Creditor of Express Clothing, My account for Express has been closed for a year. I have been on 3 way calls with HVFC and Express with no one knowing where my money is till this day. April 24, 2023. Since then this late payment has gone on my credit report and I don't have an extra $435.00 to pay it but have been making monthly payments. The 3 way calls every week has gotten me know were. I am at a loss because I thought the bank has a tracker number for the payment they would actually know were my money is. But neither the Bank or Express has no idea where or when I will get this money back. I have called the bank many time with nothing except I will make sure this is top priortiy it has been 2 months with no reason or anything to make this go away and or get my money back for my car payment that is minus one payment for Febuary. This is very stressful and all I want is to find my money and pay my car payment. Not only is this on my credit report now I have added late fees of over $200.00 and how am I suppose to come up with the extra car payment let alone the late fees. The stress of trying to explain to *********** what is happening is terrble they call everyday looking for here money.

      They send a payment of 352 to ******* and it never got it. so i had to pay via cc so they took the money out of my account and i ask to reverse it they never did and told me to talk to ******** ******* will not return the money either ** they never got it
