      I contracted with **** from A&A to replace my pool liner. After several months and an atrocious communication situation (no response to telephone calls or text messages) the liner was installed June 3rd. **** was here with his sons. I began filling the pool for **** to make the final cutouts. He wasn't able to come but left the job to his obviously non competent sons. After several days I noticed a leak. **** said he would come to see but never did, never responded to multiple phone calls, vms or texts. I had to hire a leak specialist who found the liner was cut incorrectly near the steps and he fixed that issue. Also they bent and nearly destroyed the underwater pool light by bending both the fixture and the mounting s**** So after spending aprox $10,000 for a new pool, **** refused to come and see the inferior job his sons had done. Again he did not ever come to see the finished botched up job. The cost for repairs parts and labor is aprox $1000. When I texted **** asking him to come and see the job he refused and continues to refuse. Hardly the type of individual I would recommend to even my worst enemy. Absolutely the worst company I've eve dealt with. I have lots of evidence should that be necessary,
