      I ordered a new liner in Oct 2024 from **** **** came with the new liner on June 2 2025. He personally supervised the initial install and the I never saw him again. His sons "absolutely" destroyed the new liner with bad trimming around pool steps forcing them to attempt a repair using epoxy. This is a brand new liner. When after a few days I noticed a leak in the pool **** said he doesn't service my area. After taking the job and my $10,000 he changed his mind. His solution was to say :Water is free.i hired a pool leak detection service and he's found several leaks by the liner trimmed near the pool steps. **** "absolutely" refuses to come and see the poor quality of his sons' work.

      We install the liner for ******, Prior to installing the liner he had 6 different companies tell him he had a leak in the liner, and it didn't sound right to me We install the liner for him. Installed liner lock, to hold a liner in.  Now he has the same amout of water leaking as before .He said to me he has a person coming to look at it after I made him an appointment for Friday. Which he canceled. Has been sending Myself and my son nasty text and is harassing and is stalking our other clients online. Has been calling house at 11 ******* at night. Sends us nasty text every single day It has become Beyond harassing.
