This firm has previously conducted business as KP Marketing. Although the firm states it was established in 1994, we have been advised by the attorney for previous management that the rights to the website were transferred in mid 1999 to Mark Speccia. The Bureau forwarded Mr. Speccia a standard buisiness questionnaire requesting general background information. As of this date, we have not received a response. In 2001, mail sent to this firm was returned by the Postal Service. It appears that the firm has ceased operations at this location.
