The two owners are ***************** (with whom I have done business since, 2020) and **** (I dont know his family name although I have spoken with him).These gentlemen owe me $265,830.00 or the return of the coins that I have sent to them to sell on my behalf. My most recent discussions with both of these gentlemen, concerning this issue, were in December, 2022, and January, 2023. With foot dragging and gaslighting, Vintage Numismatics have been ignoring my concerns for several months. Although I had said that I did not want it they sent to me a set of five SS Central America Shipwreck #2 coins, four of which I already owned. I suspect that they were valuing the new SS Central America Shipwreck #2 gold $20 coin that completed the set at more than $265,000, although no price was ever actually stated by them. Considering possession as supporting nine tenths of the argument; I had difficulty standing up against them. When I found the same, 1857, $20 gold coin at a higher grade at a much lower price, offered by another respected numismatics dealer, I became able to make a sustainable argument.Enclosed is a document that contains a description of the issue in greater detail, copies of invoices, copies of text and email messages, an Excel summary page and other information supporting my claim. Also available is a thumb-drive that contains all of the printed information with pictures of many of the numismatic coins.
