    Absolutely horrible experience after buying several trucks for my company from them. About a year ago I bought a truck that I explained when I bought the truck that I wanted my guys to be able to drive on the parkways. I was told that the truck was a passenger vehicle and was even registered by the dealership as a passenger vehicle. A few months ago one of my employees was driving the vehicle on sunrise Highway, not even on a parkway and was pulled over because he noticed passenger plates on what apparently was not a passenger vehicle.The officer proceeded to explain that the truck, in fact did not have the passenger package making it a commercial vehicle. After countless calls to the dealership and promises for returned phone calls, yesterday I show up to appear for my court date to fight the tickets and I am told now that I have to hire an attorney because I bought the vehicle in my companys name. Not only did I waste hours of my day away from my business yesterday And still not received a callback from the dealership again yesterday, but now I have to hire an attorney to represent me for almost $2300 in tickets, all because this dealership told me they sold me a passenger vehicle. Im registered with passenger place and in fact, it was not a passenger vehicle. I was told that they would call me back weeks ago when they looked into it and still heard nothing.This happened now after a prior incident where I sold back one of my other trucks and bought two more and had an agreement that all of my ladder, racks and internal rocks were to be transferred into my new purchased truck. The sales person agreed and transferred all of the internal work boxes, but forgot the ladder rack. The manager lied to me, telling me that they couldnt take it off yet they failed to realize I have trackers on my vehicles and already saw that they sold it.

    WORST SALES DEPARTMENT I'VE SEEN...Showed interest in a specific car Tuesday to Internet Mgr Yvonne D**********...left message for her and the Used Car Mgr Wednesday to try to come see the car. I also had random salesman said he'll have her assistant give me a call back in 10-15, 0 calls back...tried to expedite process and fill out credit application on their website Thursday morning (confirmation said received and someone will contact you shortly), noone did. I called 3 hrs later and the Used Car Mgr happened to answer the sales line. He had time to take sales calls, but not time to return my voicemail? I told I filled out the credit app, he said he will work on it, and will call me back in 10-15 mins. He never called back. I call again hours later, let Yvonne know my terrible experience so far and somehow she had no idea I submitted the application even though I emailed directly about having done so earlier. She said she'd have someone call me back. NOONE still called back...and this is from a customer with scores around 700...Friday comes, I call back AGAIN asking why I haven't been called back at all. Yvonne still cannot give me a good answer why not. She calls back hours later to say they weren't able to pull all of the scores because of 2 credit freezes, something that only takes 5 mins for me to undo. So I asked is the vehicle even still there. For some reason she had no idea what vehicle I was even interested in after 3 days of communication and her obvious generic automated emails. And of course the VEHICLE WAS SOLD the night before. They dropped the ball on the numerous buying signs I gave them and tried to blame it on me for having credit freezes and that they are a busy dealership. NOONE HAD 5 MINS TO PICKUP A PHONE AND CALL BACK A CREDIT APPLICANT ABOUT AN ISSUE REVIEWING CREDIT?? They took no responsibility for the 3 days of unreturned calls, poor communication, and terrible business practices of not even following up with an active buyer while they have a credit application right in front of them. If I didn't call back for the 15th time in 3 days, I'd never know that they couldn't pull credit or even that the car I wanted was gone. A complete waste of time...noone even asked if I had a trade in, was I putting any money down, why was I buying a car, or MORE IMPORTANTLY how they could fix their mistakes. Neither of these 2 employees did their jobs very well and definitely lost a ton of referrals as well from my business. I dont know who they sell cars to, but they CLEARLY did not want to sell one to me. I thought it was the car salespeople that are supposed to stalk the customers. NO CALLS BACK. NO CLASS. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO RESPECT. The Owner of this dealership should be ashamed. They dont even deserve the 1 ? on this review

    I have spoken to all involved and checked our phone system and you were called numerous times on several different days. You spoke with Jimmy several times (one call was over 40 minutes) and you did not want to lift the hold on your credit. We could not hold the vehicle for you indefinitely so yes, it was sold. It is unfortunate that we could not come to an agreement but we wish you luck with your vehicle search. Tammy G***** Customer Service Manager
