Ordered for my daughter's sports team and was about 6 weeks for delivery and that is fine since we were told beforehand. We ordered 2 tshirts and a hoodie. The tshirts were great. Good quality. The issue was with the logo on the hoodie. It was "ripped" and uneven. I emailed not expecting much other than and apology but ******** apologized for the quality and said they were shipping a new hoodie. The timely response and replacement is very much appreciated.

The long long long long delays for order delivery is unacceptable. It takes months, with a lot of follow up, to get the order. Children have often grown out of the items before they arrive. Their money back/return system is horrible.I placed an order 12/2/24. Still waiting. My daughtter placed a an order for team gear and helmet in June 2024. Still Waiting.The product is good once it arrives and ******** in customer service is attentive. Yet it seems that order processing and manufacturing are not managed.Blatant, LLC

Will never buy from here again. I placed an order in October 8, 2024 which had a delivery time of 6 weeks. I thought the items would arrive prior to a birthday on ************ but no. I contacted them and was told they were ib production and would arrive before Christmas (much later than I needed) The order arrived on December 24 and was incomplete. I contacted them immediately and was told the items would ship in 2-3 weeks. here we are 2 months later and I still have not received the missing items from OCTOBER!Blatant, LLC

Do not order from this store. Awful customer service. I placed an order on 9/15 and it is now 11/27 and I still have not received my order. I have been told MUTIPLE times that it was "in production this week" or it is shipping "this week" and yet, nothing has arrived. They should be way more up front with their customers about actual shipment dates. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.
