    We registered our child for the Blatant 2032 lacrosse team with the understanding that it would be a high-quality experience. Unfortunately, the program has significantly over-promised and under-delivered.We paid approximately $2,500 for what amounted to poorly organized lacrosse, extremely limited communication, and pushback when we requested a refund for services we did not receive. In addition, we spent over $1,000 on required gear and team apparel. Three months later, we are still waiting for multiple items, including a $400 helmet, two shooter shirts, and a team t-shirt that were never delivered.Communication has been minimal, and when we do receive responses, they are often **** and defensive rather than focused on resolving the issue. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, the organization tends to make excuses and shifts ***************** this stage, we feel misled and taken advantage of. We are requesting resolution and accountability. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before enrolling in this program or making any clothing purchases.

    My daughter played Lacrosse for ************* When last season ended we found that communication was lacking and that the administration was not holding up to their end of the agreement. Paying in full for the upcoming season we noticed that we werent given the upcoming fall season as promised and th communication was almost non existent from the administrators. Tournaments that were promised for their biggest recruiting season yet, were not reserved and the schedule was released extremely late causing difficulty in scheduling. Many of the things promised by the organization fell extremely short to coaches and players. When confronted by this, the administrator decided to not respond to parents emails and phone calls. This in turn caused the team to fold and have to seek a different organization for our girls to play at in one of their most important lacrosse years. All of the parents voted unanimously to leave the team and move to a better environment for our girls to play ********* had not provided the team they had promised. Upon leaving, the new organization found that many of our tournaments had only had deposits placed and that spring schedule had not even been booked as ****** had promised they were. This wouldve left us traveling to tournaments out of state and not knowing that our girls wouldve shown up to play only to find we were not reserved a spot. The owner refused to discuss any of these issues with the parents when brought it his attention and when requested for partial refunds was adamant that he provided what was promised. We have evidence that his promises were false and that he strung the team and parents along as a money grab. This to me is extremely frustrating especially considering we paid in full and received none of the promised benefits. The team is folded an had to be moved elsewhere to play. Do not let your daughters play for this used car salesman.

    Registered for their girls ******** 7/2025 and promptly paid the deposit. Never received a notice that the team folded or a refund. Reached out to several directors without response. Finally said wed get our money back, they were so sorry this happened to our child. Going on 2 full months without a $1500 refund AND they had the audacity to charge the second installment. Still fighting them and the bank to get our money back.

    What disgusting terrible people. waiting for my refund (with the rest of the team) as they decided to ignore all of our cheerleading apparel orders in august. We spent over $3,000 as a team. The kids were looking forward to wearing their merch. Company ignores me now after running out of excuses and lies. (death in family, and saying week after week it is going into production the following week. Big time loser scammers. Prices weren't cheap either.

    Our company decided to use this store when our new marketing manager joined us. I may have been one of the first orders Blatant received for the merchandise I placed and order for. The originally promised date for delivery came and went.I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund after waiting longer than I expected. The company was gracious in their response and refunded my payment. In addition, they decided to ship the order to me after issuing the refund.The quality of the merchandise is very good and their generosity in sending the order is very much appreciated.Running a small business is not for the faint of heart. Evidently, the company received a great deal of business this year which is why my order was delayed. I get that.

    I placed an order for 2 school spirit shirts on March 26, 2025 (order #*****). After not having received my order come June, I reached out asking for status. The email back to me said they were running behind on orders and they apologize for the inconvenience. Come August, still no shirts. So I emailed again asking for the status. They said they were running low on supplies and sent me a $50 giftcard (which I will never be using because this company is incredibly unreliable). School started in September- still no shirts. I sent another email asking for my order to be cancelled and my full refund back. The email back said that they can give me %15 refund ($5) but they cant cancel my order because its so far along in production. I responded with asking if my order will be done soon since its so far along in production. NO RESPONSE. I want my order cancelled and my entire refund. This company is a joke and I dont know how they are still in business.

    I placed an order in October 2024 for a swim team deck jacket. After waiting 7 weeks for delivery, the item that was shipped was defective- the decals fell off within weeks. The company offered to refund my money via a gift card which i used to place another order in March of 2025. I emailed numerous times about when I would receive my order, each time being told it was being shipped out at any moment. I tried to be very patient with the company, as it seemed liked they were struggling. However, waiting over 6 months for an order with no product is unacceptable. I do not believe this company has the products they sell, and that is why I have not received anything after many months of waiting. I did attempt to ask them for a refund one last time before I filed this complaint. Their response was that these complaints BBB (which it appears are numerous) hurt their business and they were shipping ****. However, it has now been another month without product and I no longer have any reason to believe the stories they have been feeding me for over six months. Very disappointed- I really did try to be patient and reasonable.

    Blatant made shirts for my moms 60th birthday celebration and I cant say enough about our experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They made everything super easy and the whole experience was top notch. From the quality of the material to the customer service to the shipping everything was AMAZING! Cant thank Blatant enough for making this celebration that much more special! Highly recommend! THANK YOU!!
