    Our company decided to use this store when our new marketing manager joined us. I may have been one of the first orders Blatant received for the merchandise I placed and order for. The originally promised date for delivery came and went.I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund after waiting longer than I expected. The company was gracious in their response and refunded my payment. In addition, they decided to ship the order to me after issuing the refund.The quality of the merchandise is very good and their generosity in sending the order is very much appreciated.Running a small business is not for the faint of heart. Evidently, the company received a great deal of business this year which is why my order was delayed. I get that.

    I placed an order for 2 school spirit shirts on March 26, 2025 (order #*****). After not having received my order come June, I reached out asking for status. The email back to me said they were running behind on orders and they apologize for the inconvenience. Come August, still no shirts. So I emailed again asking for the status. They said they were running low on supplies and sent me a $50 giftcard (which I will never be using because this company is incredibly unreliable). School started in September- still no shirts. I sent another email asking for my order to be cancelled and my full refund back. The email back said that they can give me %15 refund ($5) but they cant cancel my order because its so far along in production. I responded with asking if my order will be done soon since its so far along in production. NO RESPONSE. I want my order cancelled and my entire refund. This company is a joke and I dont know how they are still in business.

    I placed an order in October 2024 for a swim team deck jacket. After waiting 7 weeks for delivery, the item that was shipped was defective- the decals fell off within weeks. The company offered to refund my money via a gift card which i used to place another order in March of 2025. I emailed numerous times about when I would receive my order, each time being told it was being shipped out at any moment. I tried to be very patient with the company, as it seemed liked they were struggling. However, waiting over 6 months for an order with no product is unacceptable. I do not believe this company has the products they sell, and that is why I have not received anything after many months of waiting. I did attempt to ask them for a refund one last time before I filed this complaint. Their response was that these complaints BBB (which it appears are numerous) hurt their business and they were shipping ****. However, it has now been another month without product and I no longer have any reason to believe the stories they have been feeding me for over six months. Very disappointed- I really did try to be patient and reasonable.

    Blatant made shirts for my moms 60th birthday celebration and I cant say enough about our experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They made everything super easy and the whole experience was top notch. From the quality of the material to the customer service to the shipping everything was AMAZING! Cant thank Blatant enough for making this celebration that much more special! Highly recommend! THANK YOU!!

    We placed a clothing order valued at $326 back in april of 2025 and never received our order. I emailed the company who said that they had a delay in the shipment and will email us as soon as it was coming as well as offered me a $100 dollar e-gift card to compensate for the delay. The egift card was never sent to me and we still have not received our order. I have reached out several times via email without response and have tried calling multiple times the phone number listed and NO ONE answers the phone. Horrible!

    We used them for our sports organization. We placed orders in March/April, it is now August and not one person who has ordered has received their items. I personally spent $150 on stuff that 4 months later I still have not gotten. I have e-mailed for updates 6 times now and every time I get told my order is shipping out that week and then nothing. We had to find someone else and place a rush order to get things for out season. Highly disappointed.
